    I tried to cancel my latest box less than ************************************************************************************** a refund. I realized that I wanted a refund on Monday night after the window closed because the food I was served made me incredibly sick and poisoned. I do not know what happened but I do not want your meals anymore. I want to be refunded in full for this box and I am not at all interested in receiving this new box.

    I had previously used the Green Chef for home delivery meals when I lived in ** 3 years ago. Loved the meals, the customer service and the company, especially grateful to get all organic meals. The past 10 months i have paid and signed up for 4-5 weeks worth of meals to be delivered to my new location in **********. Multiple phone calls fell short due to the Green Chef now having a call center with English as a second language as foreigners are always taking the calls. I have never received any of the meals I ordered, and I consistently get the explanation 'We are sorry but we show that the meals were sent out. You may need to check with the carrier/delivery service to inquire about the delivery'. I have never been able to obtain a delivery name, invoice number, tracking number or anything. Similarly my wife have recently paid for and ordered 3-4 weeks worth of meals in the past 2 months, with none delivered. Most recently she was denied reimbursement for the meal she purchased, and the telephone folks informed her that they would just credit the money to her next purchase. On numerous occasions I have asked for a contact name, number or email address of someone internally at Green *********** was NOT given any of this information so there is no way for us to understand WHY our meals are never showing up at our house in **********.My old roommate, *****************, also tried to order Green Chef meals while we were living together here in Salmon, and never once did any of his meals show up. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE

    I spoke with customer service to cancel this account back in May 2022- fast forward to August 13, 2022 and I see a charge of $92.87 on my bank statement by Green Chef. First off, I have not received any sort of email communication since cancellation in May 2022, not even notice that my account was activated or an email to tell me to choose meals. They chose meals for me with ingredients I am allergic to, and after various emails this company refuses to refund this order even though THEY are the ones who messed up my account and did not cancel appropriately but instead they paused. The fact I received no email notification and had to find this out by looking at my bank statement this morning is highly concerning. I recommend refunding my money and take note that you are also putting the health and safety of me and my daughters life at risk by sending us food which will erupt our severe allergies.

    I have an acct with Green Chef food delivery company. (I also have acct with Factor 75, & alternate menus between these 2 companies. I have been using these 2 companies for past couple months. I have also used these companies in the past, along with a couple others.)On 7/15/22, my bank acct showed a debit ("Green Chef" vendor) of $97.41. Bank also showed debit from GC on 7/13 for $91.05. I knew $91.05 was correct, but not the $97.41. After "several" calls I found out that $97.41 was for a delivery to my old address in another State; from an acct with "Hello Fresh", which was "closed" in Oct. 2020!(Also, soon found out that GC/Factor 75/Hello Fresh, & other companies are now owned by a company in *******.) **************** said they would make sure the old "Hello Fresh acct" was "closed"; but, they would "not refund my money" because food was delivered. I closed that acct 2 yrs ago, & apparently Green Chef, just decided to open it back up & send out the food, of which I never chose, or knew what was happening, until they took $97.41 out of my bank. I never got an email confirming Hello Fresh acct closed. But a few days later, got notice that my "Factor75" acct was "closed"! I did not close this acct.I called CS at Green Chef again & told them what happened & that they could keep Factor75 CX'd; for all the horrible service & total confusion they had caused me &my wasted time, & not refunding the $97.41 for the "mistake they made". Unbelievably, several days later I received notice of my "upcoming menu" from Factor75; after I had confirmed acct closed on my on-line acct.. I had to CX the acct "again"!I have "skipped" my Green Chef menu until the end of August; until I see if they are going to "refund my $97.41, for their mistake". I spent almost 2 weeks on this mess, to have no respect/consideration from company/companies that I have been using for about 3 yrs. Horrific ****************, & apparently a rip-off.I want my $97.41 returned to me asap.
