      We bought 3 day restricted Epic Passes for *****, **. On the page *************************************************** it specifically says "risk free refunds". And the lift ticket policy says an unused day can be refunded.But customer service claims my three day ticket is a "season pass" and can only be refunded for injury etc.This is a scam.

      I have to say that I have recently reached out to **** Corporation to inform them of the type of employee housing they off to their staff, specifically through ********* Resort. This resort is located in Tahoe, **, and I have to say, it is extremely expensive to rent there. The staff are not compensated enough to pay for rent, and with most of the industry in this area being seasonal, the staff are not looking for a year lease to rent something. That being said, the employee housing that is being offered and provided is atrocious. Four people are assigned to a dorm room setting to live with each other for 5-6 months. No kitchenette, and to order out for food is ridiculous. Another option, of course, is a 75 year old motel in between two casinos on a highway, that has police raids on the property. Not only that, but again, there is no kitchenette, nowhere to even store food and beverages, and a microwave that works for 7 seconds before blowing a fuse. The housing is also not cheap. Paying close to $6-700 a month is downright fraud and abuse. I cannot without good conscience allow this to continue without light being shed on this. The staff health and safety is obviously not a priority. I would not be surprised if **** was sued over accommodations provided for their employees.

      I was unable to use my 4 day pass due getting a new job and having to attend mandatory training. When I called the company, they said that there was nothing they could do for a refund. Terrible company and they are actually stealing from their customers when this happens. Look out

      I am very disappointed to have a third party involved in this refund process. It seems like **** Resorts has made every effort to deny a valid refund (torn rotator cuff) to be impossible. A "request for refund form" was sent to me by email. I had it completed by my doctor's ********** document was submitted by my doctor's (surgeon) office. I also submitted the Concord Hospital's complete surgical report that was provided to me signed by my surgeon.Once submitted, I waited days before I received the next note that stated I lacked the following:"A signed physician statement for your personal illness or injury that includes date of the diagnosis A signed physician statement for your personal illness or injury that includes physician instructions"Upon inquiring about the status's of my refund claim just three days ago was told the above additional information was received. Yet today, I received a statement that I had not completely provided the information they required for a refund. I am so frustrated with this obvious attempt to put up as many road blocks to discourage my continued request for a rightful refund, according to the Epic Pass regulations.

      Negative 5 out of 5 stars. Epic pass continues to frustrate and disappoint year after year. They are sucking the life out of the ski community. Too many random issues to mention here. Every year there is an issue which customer service can't help with... sorry there is nothing we can do, but you can spend more money to fix your problem. Horrible !!!

      Purchased a pass in March 2023, now December and the physical pass has not yet been mailed. Finally called the offshore customer service team. They stated because I had the pass activated on my mobile app (the same mobile pass that EPIC has been pushing) I would not receive a physical pass. Relayed that my home resort requires a physical card not a mobile one. Rep explained I had to then deactivate my app and I could not use it until I received the card. Absolutely ridiculous that I'm not able to use my pass on mobile until I receive the physical card. **** continuously fails in customer support and any type of ease using their website and app.

      Had the unfortunate experiance of speaking to an off ************* center. 1st call- the agent spoke English but unfortunately really couldnt understand me questions. I was patient with her and we got through the call. But she said I would get an email on my ***** pass. But did not. So 20 min later I called in.2- spoke to another off shore agent and this was even worse. She could not understand my need. These agents "Speak english" but cannot do "conversational english" I asked the agent to to please check to see what email address was used to send my brothers ***** pass. Never got that information. Went around and around, so I gave up and asked agent to send me to the survey after the call. She would not transfer me, she just keep me on the call for 46 mins while I dealt with all this on the chat feature. Agent statyed on the call and was i guess waiting for me to hang up. Oh and kept asking for a manager and the two agent said there are no managers. (ya right)Shame on you **** for staffing under trained agent. Shame on you **** for not having an escalation process.Per the 2nd agent I was told no managers. Your call center is broken.Lower your prices if this is how support is

      By mistake purchased 2 passes for myself, a 4 day pass and a season pass, before the season opened. They would not transfer and add my 4 day pass to my husband's 4 day pass who was already a member of my household. **************** is located in ***************, could hardly understand a word she said.

      Scammers. Son bought the wrong pass. Wanted to swap it for a different season pass before the season even opened. They refused to do so.

      Just a really bad business from customer satisfaction side. The ********************** is a convoluted scheme that is insane in complexity, and implementation. Technologically, it took me several hours to set up the passes for five people. The account didnt work for one of them, and had to call their ***** call center, which was extremely loud and unable to barely hear. Only after 45 minutes on the call, I was finally able to get the fifth pass to work. And this all having to purchase two months in advance. I will definitely try to avoid **** resorts in the future. The prices without the pass are insanely high at more than $250 per day. Essentially, **** has gone to a model in which they provide bogus high internet and day prices in order to funnel you into their convoluted scheme. What a waste of time for the consumer.
