      **** resorts is a monopoly and the only thing that can explain their sheer lack of ethics as it relates to handling errors they have made with those that have tried to purchase ski passes for the major mountain ski slopes outside of ******. I tried purchasing four two day ski passes and had trouble understanding their website. I purchased them before ski season and therefore did not realize that I somehow had purchased only one full season pass for $1000. I dont live in ******** or a state in which I could use it all season. I realized what happened before ski season started and I contacted **** resorts to request that it just be changed to the four two day ski passes. They refusedno ounce of an attempt to help or sense of customer service. Horrible! Shame on ******** Resorts and their poor pretentious management company. After this year, I will be looking forward to choosing other places for me and my family to ski. I wish them the best of Karma for doing this to people. Awful

      I am a military veteran of 20 years. Have used the military epic pass in the past. This year the verification wont go through. When I call, Im patched over to workers that can barely speak English- there are many companies that outsource to India and overseas and Ive never had a problem with the other outsourced workers English but Epic must have found the absolute cheapest lowest quality outfit. Think Im kidding? Give a call and see for yourself. Its baaaaad. Back to the epic pass, every year I spend hours trying to verify and this year is particularly hard to do so. Its almost like the **** knows its a great discount and this is intentional to make it a challenge to get the military discount. I think ** going to do a ******* video on all this drama and record everything- from the failed verification attempts with my DD214 to the hilariously bad **************** Fingers crossed it goes viral. Itll be..epic. -*********************

      I was unaware that I was on Auto renewal for Epic ski pass until I received a credit card charge of $860. After multiple attempts to cancel this pass. the answer is the same. We cannot refund your money. The customer service workers are difficult to deal with, speak poor English and are obviously reading off cue cards, repeating same info.I have contacted credit card to assist, and they also are hitting a wall. This is an outrageous business practice in that a refunds are not possible. I will not recommend Epic Pass to anyone. This is a scam operation

      Their website gave a price to renew my pass but when I added to cart the price went up. I used the online chat and was told I needed to call. I called and was told I needed to email with screenshots of the price discrepancy. I have followed up on the email and no response, although they have fixed the price on their website which seems like they are not going to honor their advised price.

      Refunds are impossible to get from these guys, even though they have this 30-days refund policy. Don't know why BBB doesn't help with complains and refund cases against them neither.

      Dealing with IRS is charming compared to this company. All I needed was a room for one night at one of their properties. After several calls, intrusive questions, rude and incompetent agents, hangups and several times on hold, I gave up and called the resort direct. Not sure how they remain in business in these super competitive times.

      I am on auto renewal and I requested to downgrade my pass however they did not let me. I was not the one who created the account my spouse did and it's ridiculous how you are able to upgrade the pass but unable to downgrade it.

      Epic Pass / **** Resorts charged me for pass renewals. However I never opted in or agreed to those renewals. I contacted them several times through email, phone number, chat support. Spent so much time and patience trying to resolve this, but all unsuccessful. This was an unauthorized charge for unused service that they refuse to refund me.

      I have been skiing in the vail area for over 30 years. I have also been buying my ski passes through Epic. I usually go skiing in ************ ever other year since I live in *********. This coming year I wasn't planning on going. My Epic account started to get charged on my credit card without my permission. I contacted them by phone several times and each time they told me they would stop charging me which they didn't. I finally spoke to a supervisor named *****. He said that he sent me an email requesting that I tell them to stop charging me. I never received those emails and ***** would not send me proof that they were sent out. I was forced to make a fraud complaint with my **************** because ****** would not stop the charges and he was supposedly the supervisor. I also had to cancel my **************** credit card and get a new one because of this experience. I hope I never have to use Eoic ever again. As much money as the **** cooperation makes you would think they would have a more competent staff.

      **** Resorts customer experience is terrible. This year, we couldn't use our Epic Passes since my wife's mother was diagnosed with cancer. After many emails and calls to **** Resorts they refused to issue us a refund or transfer our pass to the 2023-2024 season. I was very dissapointed with their lack of empathy. I wish they would be reasonable with returning customers when unforeseen family emergencies come up. We've enjoyed skiing the beautiful slopes in the **** Resorts family but the poor customer service makes it difficult to return again.
