    I received a notice from a debt collector on 02/15/2023 stating " this is a second notice" to collect a debt from Northwest Parkway. I called Northwest parkway to get clarification about toll fees, which in return told me i have tolls dating back to 6/16/2019. I don't have a problem paying for the tolls when i use the toll way. What i do have a problem with is never receiving a bill in the mail, from the past 3 years. I also would the that a debt collecting agency should have sent the first notice( if ever sent at all) via certified mail where a signature is need. It appears to me that there a have been other complaints such as mine in the history of this company. 3 years of tolls and not once have i received a billing statement from this company.

    Core to the business model of Northwest Parkway / Go-Pass is to charge outrageous fees for errors made by their partner in reading toll passes. Not only are the fees obscene but they also ensure that customers get charged fees multiple times by delaying billing and refusing to consolidate billing. The toll reader failed to read the pass in my car. While ************ is willing to acknowledge the errors and waive fees, Northwest Parkway refuses to do so and instead uses this as a profit center (likely to make more money for management).I had a bill that I paid, along with fees exceeding 37% in November. Only to receive another bill dated 01/13/23 from 09/27/22. Yes, over 3.5 months to bill me. There is no reason that billing should take even half of this duration. However, if they had billed in a timely manner, they would have given up the opportunity to bill me another ****% in fees (makes Ticketmaster seem reasonable).Again, no willingness to acknowledge the mistake and waive any of the fees ($1 for missing the pass reading and $0.80 to mail me a bill that they never notified me I had).I hav no issue paying the tolls and if anything Northwest Parkway should go to their partner with the readers on the highway to collect, but paying these fees is absurd and just wrong.The cherry on top is their payment system is not working today so I can't even pay them...which only increases my frustration (since I'm sure they will probably hit me with a fee for their tech incompetence). I would like to be refunded all of the fees charged to my account (*******) and for Northwest Parkway to change their business model to be fair rather than maximizing fee revenue to likely pay larger bonuses to their execs and dividends to investors in their scam.

    I do not own this truck anymore sold it on 9/9/22 I have sent twice now the info to this company and they keep harassing me and now they are threatening me with sending my info to collections. I need this company to be told to leave me alone and stop HARASSING me and THREATENING me. I have gone to the ****** and have even sent this company the info from the ****** and the bill of sale with signature of new buyer and release form. I have done everything on my part. I should not even have to do all this I SOLD THE ***** I did the right thing and the buyer did not. Once again the people in this world who do whats right always have to pay for the BAD people who don't!!! Thank you ****

    2018 I drove one road to work and had to cross this toll road or drive two additional miles to avoid it. Crossing this toll road, not driving on it racked up $600 of cost, $720 including processing fees. Sep 22 - I get an email from the company lawyer/income partner stating I owe $5,000, increased with late fees. She then offered a deal of $2,100. I refused, as that is still 300% of the fees of the actual service. Dec 22 - I had all my bank accounts drained to zero and had to pay $5,900 for the case to be closed and the warrant for my arrest to be removed. This was for crossing the toll road where it intersected with the one road I needed to take from home to work.

    I am rejecting this response because: their response doesnt justify them putting a warrant out for my arrest, freezing thousands of dollars in my account, not releasing my funds after receiving payment of 6 thousand dollars. 

    Their response shows I actually drove in the road 10 times. This does not equate to 6 thousand dollars. 

    Them saying I used the road 166 times it to cross the toll road. Not crossing the toll road was an extra two miles north to go around. These charges, with processing fees adds up to $720 - this is not equal to 6 thousand dollars. 

    They say this is normal charges - the company corrupt, please review the hundreds of negative complaints on BBB, ****** reviews, and any other place where the community is trying to voice their dissatisfaction of NWP.  

    I want refunded the corrupt extortionist piece of this case. If BBB cant assist I will be going to the news outlets. What NWP is doing is wrong

    I have been receiving toll bills from Northwest Parkway LLC / Go-Pass. I have done some research on Better Business Bureau and this company appears to be a scam. I called them directly and asked if they worked for the ***************** and the person I talked to said no. She could not provide any more information about who the company was and what the toll money was for. There is no location listed on this bill as to where the toll was, nor was there any evidence of a toll on the roads I drove through, except for the ones I paid onsite. If these charges are not cleared, I will file a class action lawsuit.

    Is trying to bill me for some "go-pass" tollway in ******** for a 2022 use, while I or the vehicle in question haven't been out of ****** in two years! They also identified the registered vehicle make/color wrong. I called and spoke with someone and they're expecting me to reach out to the *** and prove myself to them. Not my problem! I told them EXACTLY what to notated on my account and that any further attempts to collect fraudulently would be reported. Well here I am doing that anyway.

    I received a ticket from them and they threatened to send me to collections for driving on a private toll road but I have dyslexia and I'm unable to read signs at high speeds. why would they threaten to send me to collections for driving down a road that I didn't know was private?Why would ******** allow a private company to terrorize and hold hostage the wallets and creditworthyness of it's hardworking citizens? What is wrong with ******** that they would allow this? Who is the Attorney General of ******** and when will they *** this company?

    Northwest parkway-had according to their account been sending bills to an address they "by ******** Law" must send billing. This address was received by the CO MVD but was a physical address not a mailing address. They in turn added numerous mailing charges and late fees to my "bill" stipulating "******** Law-requirements" and my "obligation under ******** Law" to pay these charges. I am sure that many people just pay this "threat", and a very large class action lawsuit would be justified to recover these charges and damages. I cannot see how the DMV's failure to provide accurate information where somehow it became an accurate mailing address- 6 months later as I did receive a bill (happy to pay the use fee) for a license plate (in my case a new car temporary plate) obligates me to pay damages, fees and penalties. I will not be paying these excess charges and look forward to the collections process in the future.

    Predatory Practices by Northwest Parkway and ***************************** We incurred a $4.4 Toll Bill from NW Parkway on 9/3/2021 only to have the fees balloon to $26 on a $4.40 . I am just looking to clear this bill up, not only are the fees ridiculous the collection practices are a scam. the associated collection agency told me these fees were "mandated" by the *****************....... Northwest Parkway is a private company. I just want to clear up this bill.
