      On 11/05/23 my internet services were disconnected from TPT SpeedConnect. My account was paid in full til the end of November 2023. When contacting them on November 07, 2023 I was not able to reach a representative after multiple attempts and voicemails. I was emailed on 11/10/2023 and told that they were being managed by a new company, VuMe Wireless. I still did not have service and have been calling and leaving messages with no response. On 11/20/23, with still no service we switched to a new company to provide internet service. I have since been unable to connect with them to cancel my services. They state they that you can only cancel over the phone but no one has returned my messages or emails. They are now threatening to send my account to collections. All I want is to cancel my account and send my receiver back but cant get a hold of anyone that can help.

      the wireless company I was using ONLY for keeping my email address was sold - The new company keeps telling me my account is overdue. I have payed $50 per year just to keep my email address because I like it. This is. not about money -- this is about communication I have been trying to reach them for over a mont. They never answer and they never call back when I leave a message.I have also contacted them thru their support email site and they never answer that either. Not they are saying my service will end if I do not pay. I do not even know my account number since I have never had to use one so I can not pay the $1.00+ dollars I currently owe. So they can shut off my emails PLEASE HELP

      This company bought Speed Connect, my internet service provider. They sent an email to connect to them because my payment was due. I made the payment but I now have no internet service. When I call the phone number they wont put me on hold to talk to someone. All you can do is leave a voicemail. Ive done that and emailed but have gotten no response.
