      Our internet company was sold to VuMe Wireless and we have not had internet since 3/24. I have attempted contact via phone, emails multiple times (almost daily) with no response. We are working from home since my husbands heart transplant and this has definitely caused undue stress and frustration. Please help!

      The company owes me $74.00 of which the was paid in advance in addition I cancelled my service over a week ago and have sent several inquires in addition the company needs to take down their antenna and pickup their equipment. Since this company took over Speedconnect I not once had internet service reception a solid week. You call and leave messages nothing is received you send email and when I cancelled my account after several emails I finally was told account was closed but no mention of my refund and I was told to take the antenna down and throw everything away. I told them I cant t take it down and their company technician put it up there. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

      This business has not provided internet service for the last 5 days. When I call, there is never an option to speak to a person. I have to leave a voicemail, which I did last week. I still dont have service and no one has contacted me. My payment is up to date, so thats not the issue.

      On January 14th, ******************************* our area. We lost power for 2 days but our internet service never came back on. Starting January 20th I tried calling the phone number for the business multiple times but no one would answer and no one would call us back from the messages that we left. On January 27th I emailed the company and someone said the tower in our area had received catastrophic damages they didn't know if they'd be able to receive parts in weeks or months. At that time I requested to cancel and a refund I never got a response. We tried calling multiple times again, still no response. We were finally able to get a different carrier on February 11th. On February 28th, I was able to get a response from someone from VuMe LLC and they were giving an inaccurate statement about our conversations. They won't refund any of our money even though our payment timeline is from the 10th of January to the 10th of February and we had no internet service. We were also unable to use the streaming platforms that we had paid for. That is why I am asking for a full refund.

      Repeatedly reaching out to company since November 2023 to cancel internet service. We went with another company in November 2023 for internet service. When we can reach a customer service representative, we're told they can't help us that a service technician will contact us to cancel our service. No one calls or emails us. If we cannot reach a representative, we've left multiple voicemails giving the reason of call (to cancel service), give our names, phone numbers, and account number. No one reaches out. Have sent emails to the website provided giving all information as stated above. No one reaches out. Every month we keep getting bills. We are now 4 months into this, no one will contact us to stop service. All equipment from this company has been unplugged and has not been in use since November 16th 2023. We have gone through a different, better company.

      My wifi shut down 1/29/24 & has not been fixed. I called them 4 days later after realizing it was just me without service. Automated system, so no person answered, I left a message on phone & no response. I called back 2 days later & left another message. No response. I have tried Emailing them 4 times, & every address they give you does not accept Emails. They have sent me a bill that is now overdue & I see no reason to pay it since I am getting no service or even any communication from them.

      This company was previously TPT Speed Connect. Now they are VUME. I have been trying to cancel internet service with them since October 2023. When I call I do not get an answer and have not been able to speak with a representative. I have left messages, but they never call me back. Other people have assisted me with trying to contact them without any luck either. I need assistance getting in contact with them and canceling the internet service through them.       I am moving and no longer need internet service. On 1/24/24 called 2 different phone numbers that I found on their website and left messages saying I'm moving please cancel my service. They sent another email in Feb that my bill is due. I didn't pay and now they are adding a late penalty of $15 to their bill of $69.95. 2/16/24 I called 2 different phone numbers again and left messages again. I don't know how to reach them. Help! On Jan 31, 2024 I tried attaching an email response to one of their emails saying cancel my service. I don't know how to email them directly.

      My internet has been down for 8 days. I have 2 different phone numbers for them. It goes to leave a voicemail. I have repeatedly called them for 8 days and can't get a hold of a live person. I have sent several emails to support@vemelive and get no replys. I have no way to get a hold of anyone. You can call that 866# and it will be the same recorded message that I have gotten. Outages in ******** and *******. Same message for 8 days.
