    Put a deposit on vehicle on 3/11/23 of *******. Paid in full 3/13 23 by wire transfer of ********. I am in ********. Dealer is in ************* I had several phone conversation with the salesman and received pictures of condition of vehicle. He lied about several things taking pictures to avoid problem areas on the vehicle. I was supposed to receive title in the mail upon full payment on 3/13/23. Didnt receive it. Was told I would have it when I picked up the vehicle on 3/21/23.They didnt have it. Then told it would be mailed on 3/2223. Have still not received it on 4/17/23. Several phone calls have got nothing but excuses. I waited 4 hours to get through the dealers. I noticed things I was lied to about. It became dark and the truck was filthy when I inspected it. They washed it but it was dark by time I left.The next morning on the way home I noticed a lot more body problems. Paint , dents etc. The drivers seat recliner didnt work. I had flown to ****** to drive ithome. I was basically stranded. I decided to just live with the problems because of the cost of a hotel, food and a flight back home. On the way home the CD player is no good. The driver seat recliner was broken. A check engine light came on. Since then I opened the hood and coolant is sprayed all over the engine. The dash lighting quit working. Going down the highway at 60 MPH a clamp flew of the front suspension. This is NOT all of the problems I have run into. Some of these like lights and suspension are safety issues that should have been addressed in their so called inspection I trusted. So far it has cost me about ****** to repair. Im looking at an estimate of ****** for the front end repairs. 200 plus for the check engine. **** plus for paint and dent repair I was told doesnt exist. I have a feeling there will be more. I want my title. I want compensation for repairs. This was a no warranty sale but it was blatant lies and is safety issues they should be responsible for instead of hiding behind it

    This is *********************** from AutoNation Dodge RAM Arapahoe.  You and I have spoken on the phone many times not and are working together to resolve your request.  As per my email yesterday, here is a copy of the original title that we had for the vehicle.  We are getting this title put in our name since you live out of state.  We do this on out of state deals in the event the title gets lost we can easily duplicate.

    On September 8th I purchased a vehicle, a 2021 ******* I asked the financial member to contact my credit union ENT to obtain financing. They refused and only offered *********** financing because they get a kickback from them. As a result, I am paying a higher interest rate because they have their own agenda to make commissions. As a result, they violated The ******************* Act as my credit score was considered excellent, but my info was not provided to other creditors to be used in pricing any credit product and information related to that score.Basically, driving me to that lender because of the lender's incentive to the broker and not brokering my score in my best interest or honoring my request to use my lender of choice. The company violated financial fiduciary responsibilities to the consumer. I request at their expense and inquiry that they contact my credit union to solidify the ****%******* MONTHS as offered, transferring my $2000.00 down payment and dissolve the self-serving ****% *********** 72-MONTH auto loan that fit their agenda, and that any credit reporting be corrected.

    I apologize for any misunderstanding.  I have attached documents to show that the interest rate and lender were disclosed multiple times to you and you agreed to all of the terms of the contract.

    Our agreement was part of a credit purchase, you were free to secure financing through any financing entity you chose.  We assisted you in obtaining financing with a third-party financing entity.  When we assist you in obtaining financing, we are not acting as an agent for you in obtaining such financing and we may retain a portion of the finance charge that you pay or other compensation.  Interest rates may be negotiable.  The purchase of protection products is not required to obtain financing or a lower interest rate. 

    In addition, the retail installment sales contract between you and the third-party lender does not have a minimum finance charge or pre-payment penalty.  You are free to re-finance with any lender at any time (including your credit union).
