There aren't enough words to describe the excellent service provided by ******** His knowledge and professionalism are outstanding and he is also kind, considerate and personable. He was cheerful in the face of a daunting access issue and went out of his way to be helpful. He was on time and made sure I understood each step.of his work. I just regret that Plumbline will no longer service condo units.Plumbline Services

Had a difficult time getting an appointment due to a backlog of customers. The tech was great. I felt like he was honest and forthright. When I called Nest about 10 days ago, they never asked me to troubleshoot this issue, which really ***** my biscuits. When ***** suggested a great solution to our problem it was like the clouds parted and the sun came out, plus we didnt have to pay a large fee. We know what to do now and ***** offered several viable alternative solutions for us, should the problem arise again.Plumbline Services

I woke up this morning to no hot water. I called Plumbline services bcz of the ** ads. I will never use anyone else. ******** was on time, very knowledgeable, safe and thorough. Turns out there was a hole in my hot water heater. ******** explained everything to me, showed me what he was doing every step of the way. I am very impressed with him. I'm also impressed with the company and the over all way they handled my emergency. The price was reasonable. Not only will I use Plumbline again, I will also ask for ********.Plumbline Services

We had a clog in our sink line, called about 7 am and technician was there by about 10am. ***** was very friendly, knowledge and professional and price was very reasonable. Highly recommend !Plumbline Services
