***** was a wonderful help and diagnosed my air conditioning system issue. He was honest and helpful and communicative. The part that needed replacement was too expensive through Plumbline, so I purchased it myself through Amazon.

I called Plumbline due to a sump pump issue after a severe storm. The technician ****** came on time, was very courteous and knowledgeable and fixed the minor problem due to my great relief. He then explained the workings of a sump pump so in the future I will not be so concerned. He then described other services which Plumbline can provide. I will certainly call them in the future for plumbing and/or HVAC needs.Plumbline Services

This is a follow-up of my review on Aug 1, 2022. Although the facts of that review have not changed, I am updating our level of satisfaction due to the manner in which they responded. They sent a team of 4 men, including a supervisor, to resolve a difficult problem while being courteous and professional.
