1 starI worked here for 2.5 yrs and this company, the owner, ruined my life. The owner had monthly meetings about the millions he was making...yet when I told him I had breast cancer, I was fired a week later. Claiming to be a man of God, he could have at least provided a severance package, helped....cared... something. But no. To this day, it set me back so bad that I became homeless with my 8 year old son, undergoing cancer treatment.... and we STILL have no where to go, still in treatment....no help.... nothing. I busted my **** for this company, and for a man who bragged about the millions.... he could have shown some decency....Review fromDane H

1 starTwo years ago I made a simple enquiry about a bathroom remodel. That was two years ago until this day till this morning I keep getting calls from this company and Ive asked them multiple times to remove me from their list because we are no longer wanting to do a bathroom remodel. They will not take no for an answer. The level of harassment is ridiculous. They use different phone numbers. I think they may have farmed out this to Asian country because of the accent of all the people that are calling. Even if I was considering them after this level of harassment, I would never ever ever touch this company with a pole.Review fromRodney B

Home Pride came in sourced the leak issue, and did immediate sourcing of the problem; suggested who to call, what needed to be done, and resolution for the repair and follow up for any issues we may yet incur. 2 starsIn mid-Oct. ** replaced a large tub w/ walk-in glass door shower, replaced cabinets, and roughed in the former shower for a closet. The GOOD: work crew was (mostly) efficient, on time, and the end product was high quality; a great improvement over former mid-2000's cookie-cutter bath. Based only on workmanship and final quality, it'd be 5/5 stars. But...the BAD...(-1 star): They didn't cap the plumbing before turning on water, so the bathroom flooded. Water dripped into basement for 24+ hours. Crew helped some in cleanup but, really?! And we got the wrong floor, but there's no way to prove it wasn't right so no -star (tip: take pics of final selections before signing anything); ** offered to replace with extra $1200 for labor, so declined ...and the UGLY...(-1 star): They broke a full size mirror that took several calls before getting a reluctant "we'll replace it". In 60 days or so. I paid OOP to fix the messy wall (no compensation). They also 'replaced' a nice oak threshold with a flimsy plastic one that doesn't cover where floor and carpet meet, and the new floor is peeling up there. They've known for weeks about this but no follow-up to correct it. I paid for a finished bathroom; 2+ months later, it's still not. TL/DR: good quality materials and final product (could be 5-star), but mistakes + lack of follow-up + lax customer service (-1 star) = ****** review.Review fromRich F

3 starsWe love our new shower set up! It's slightly larger and definitely brighter. We have had it a bit less than a year and we are quite happy with the result. The reason for a 3-start rating is that the pivot door does not close as tight as it did when installed and opens when we try to squeegee the water off the glass after showering. If this could be fixed I'd bump up the rating to 4 or 5.Very professional installers and staff!Review fromPatricia G

We have enjoyed our bathroom remodel (which was major and required handicapped accessibility) for over 2 years and have found nothing but durability and great customer service. They stand by their products. Their staff is friendly and responsive to all questions and phone calls even after installation.

WE had a shower, vanity, flooring, sink & faucet. They did a great job and looks good. The product is good material and would last a long time. So if your looking for a remodel I go with them. When I lived in ********* *********, ****** witch was a 15min drive to work for me and the product was made good. I could see it with my own eyes because I worked there. Plus they put in one days time limit and ready to go.Home Pride, LLC

was very pleased with the process of everything except the wrong product was ordered. This delayed the installation by another 6 weeks. But was done by Christmas what was our goal. They jumped on the problem and fixed it as soon as they could. **** was great about everything. I really enjoy my new shower with the bench as I have neuropathy and can't stand for very long.Home Pride, LLC

Home Pride did a tub to shower conversion. The job took a few days and the results were fantastic. The workers kept my house clean and neat while doing the construction. The shower is beautiful, and was installed exactly the way I had contracted. I got a larger wall shelf as the initial one I chose was out of stock, but I was not charged anything extra for this larger size. Everything with the shower works wonderfully and looks much more fancier than the original shower/tub that came with my house. I did not feel pressured to contract with Home Pride, and my sales lady was very thorough in explaining the process, price and warranties to me. If I do another project with them I would definitely want the same sales lady and workers.Home Pride, LLC
