  I had Home Pride install a new Kohler, walk-in bath tub, replacing my old walk-in bathtub as my old tub had a higher threshold to drag my feet over. The installation went fairly smoothly since they were working with a prior walk in tub.My issue is with their service. The valve on the tub, developed a leak, dripping onto the ceiling of the basement area below it. They sent out a technician who identified in the source of the leak, got a new valve ordered. When the valve arrived, they came out and installed. It was no issue.My problem is with that same technician coming out a couple weeks later to repair the drywall that was damaged by the leak. He did not remove the damaged drywall and put in a patch. All he did was texture over the top of the damaged area to hide the damage.This is completely unacceptable.

  Writing as an "Internal Customer". I was hired on less than 2 months ago with 2 of those weeks to be over a "training" period. I was then sent out to set up appointments with clients to provide information on our products and services. In reality it was my responsibility to lock in new business for the company right there on the spot, which made me uncomfortable to pressure people into doing something they weren't comfortable doing in the first place. Due to my lack of experience with high pressure closes, I was fired. I was not given any constructive feedback on what I was doing wrong as an employee outside of the fact there was no new business coming into the business. I respected my customers with the fact that they were either shopping, looking for more information, or simply couldn't afford the shower system we provided, regardless of the perceived value it might have contributed. I write this not only for customers who are needing a professional job done on their bathroom, I believe that the company is capable of doing this. But I'm also writing the for people who desire to make a positive impact on their community in the world of sales. Results are important, especially to keep a business sustainable. What isn't sustainable, or ethical, is taking people through a process and wave a carrot of what could be achievable, but only if you already have x, y, z skills and mindset in place without being honest with the new hire. Save your money and your time and find a company that is patriot focused instead of mercenary focused with developing their sales team. If you're unable to teach people to be successful in a specific industry and you don't inform them that they are falling short and have the system in place to make corrections so the mistake isn't repeated or how to make sure every customer feels comfortable and confident in making a SERIOUS renovation investment to their house. Then don't make part of your identity to "Live With ******* Prove me wrong.

  I don't recommend. They can't keep appointment dates. Booked an appointment with their customer service a week in advance and they called to get more information, but they were really calling to reschedule. I find that unacceptable. If you are going to advertise and brag about how great you are, please back it up and don't call the day before to cancel. In case you forgot, your clients have lives also and can't reschedule because your company planned poorly. As I said at the beginning. I don't recommend!!

  Thanks, You didn't give me any undue stress. I have many options to choose a bath remodel company but I chose you. It is a poor habit to disguise a phone call with saying you need more information but you are really calling to cancel the appointment.

  I hired Home Pride to do a bath tub shower conversion. The project manager ******************* made promise they he did not keep. Took my bathroom fan and said he would replace it and install it personally after the shower install was complete. His communication skills are poor. Sets up install times that are off by months and hours. His installer asked for food and took a bag of Doritos when no one was looking and ate it. At the end of the install he showed up with the original fan and said he couldn't find it but he had a link to where it could be purchased. He lied about ever having a new one for me and I have yet to receive the link to the site he said carried the product. This whole process has been frustrating and disappointing. I wish I would have never done it. The caulking job had to be 100% redone. Installer ***** the bottom pan with the door and made it work order for it to be repaired and I still haven't heard anything and it's been 2 months.I'm getting ready to open up a claim on this companies work sine other things have transpired since install.****************

  This is a project that was started in SEPTEMBER, and it is still not complete. It has been a WILD RIDE with, very poor communication, but BUNDLES of EXCUSES.With new Project Manager and Division Manager...we will see.Unfortunately, my trust is running very low and the anxiety of the entire process is weighing heavily on me.ASK ALOT of questions..the materials are lovely, but if installation is poor, or installers are not qualified, supervised, or worse thieves..the bad out ways the good.I am happy to to update this as it goes.

  If you want a company that delivers a lot of promises without any results, then Home Pride is the company for you! Honestly if I could leave a negative star, I would.In JUNE of 2022, 2 people showed up at our house and went through the entire process with us for remodeling both of our bathrooms. We finally came to an agreement on one of the bathrooms because doing both at the same time was more than we could afford and pay cash for.We were pressured into signing "that day" for the best price without getting additional quotes from other companies. We paid half the quoted price and qualified for 0% financing for the remainder. We were told it would be 10 - 12 weeks and we would hear from them every week or two. In fact they made a HUGE point of telling us how GREAT they are at communicating with their customers.Fast forward to September of 2022 (more than 12 weeks). We have had ZERO contact and our check hasn't been cashed. We finally get a hold of someone who tells us that we cancelled our contract within 3 days (which we did not). Back and forth on the phone and she tells me she will get things figured out and call me back that day. That was Monday, it is Saturday and I have had zero communication.I am completely understanding that people are short staffed and overworked. Don't make promises and then not deliver. Home Pride clearly does not take pride in anything they do.
