      Placed order for checks on October 9th, 2022. Site was glitching. When trying to verify my order, everything looked clear and after looking at receipt, check was missing a number. The site also kept sliding up as I was typing my information in. Emailed company to make sure that it would be corrected. Got a response on 10/11/2022. Ended up placing multiple orders that came out with the same starting check number. Was told that the orders would be canceled and that I would be refunded but received all the orders in the mail on 10/17/2022. Called to follow up on October 17th and the person I spoke to did not seem to know anything about it and was asking why I was wanting the orders canceled. The person ended up putting in a request order to the checking department so that I will get my refund and was told that I should get an email once completed. I feel like this situation is going in circles and that no one knows what they are doing. Company stopped responding to my emails after 10/12/2022 and when I called back just a few minutes ago, I was told that my phone number had to taken so that I can get a call back at the end of the day! This is terrible customer service and I have never experienced a problem like this in my life with any company. I just want my refunds like I was told. I have been dealing with this problem since October 9th! I just called to speak to someone after I was told that they had a high call volume and they didnt mention any of this! Sounds like the person just didnt want to talk to me. I was also told that I would receive an email once my order has shipped from *** and I never received any email. I do not understand why this company does not let you track orders especially for checks!

      I am so sorry for all your troubles with your check orders. I appreciate you sharing your concerns and feedback with us. We have fixed a recent problem that recently surfaced with our website that was causing your issues with ordering. Also, regarding tracking orders at this time all orders can be tracked on our website except resends which we will be addressing in a future website update. 

      I have confirmed that all your orders that were to be cancelled have been and all your refunds have been processed as well. Your resend order is on its way. I want to let you know providing great customer service is important to us and going forward we are putting a new process in place where all check inquires will get routed right to our Check Specialist so that we can ensure all request for information or action is quickly addressed. 

      We appreciate your business and look forward to serving you again.
