Had our dryer vent cleaned and discovered there was a large Clump of lint at the very top on our roof! The guys were great about getting it all cleaned out and now our dryer works so much better!!!

Online appointment scheduling very easy with automatic reminders sent as date and time approached. Service was thorough and informative. I knew what the team was doing with each step of the process. Cleaned ducts, dryer vent, and a/c coil, which I added to the job after their arrival. Team was pleasant and professional. Pictures taken to show work. So pleased.Planet Duct

Kept at long search for dryer vent disconnect.eventually locating it in basement crawl space ceiling joists. Others have not been able to find it. Vacuumed up years of lint and gave referrals to couple companies that can fix the problem. Had been installed incorrectly in ****. Quite the potential fire hazard.Planet Duct

Easy to schedule, they came on time (there were 2 of them), explained every thing they were doing and were very polite; even though they were doing quickly, the job was very thorough nd the price was very reasonable; I also appreciated that I received before/after pictures. For reference, my dryer is on the 2nd floor and vents through the roof.Planet Duct

I think I got excellent service! The two young men who came to our home were professional and courteous . They explained everything up front and were patient when I followed them around asking questions. They did a thorough job and cleaned up afterwards. They found a Pepsi can from **** (it was a 50-year celebration can) in one of our ducts. Our house was build in **** and that can was in there for 37 years! I would recommend Planet Duct.Planet Duct
