Best customer service experience I have had in years. The crew who came to my home to clean my dryer vent were courteous, professional and knowledgeable. They took great care to protect my carpet and dryer. They thoroughly explained all that they would be doing and showed me before and after photos that totally reinforced the need to have these vents cleaned. They found that the exhaust vent on my roof had a mesh screen over it that is not up to code and as a result it had a 2-inch thick build up of trapped lint that was blocking the vent. The life of my dryer should now be extended due to better airflow and, most importantly, I have peace of mind now that 17 years of built up lint and dust will no longer be a fire danger after the thorough cleaning. I highly recommend Planet Duct!Planet Duct

Very professional with a great work ethic. The 2 young men who came to our house, worked very hard and methodically to ensure care for our floors and that every vent was cleaned and no trace was left behind. They did a great job and spent about 4.5 hours non stop work. Worth every *****!Planet Duct
