      After holding an account for 30plus years my husband passed away and I am now denied on line banking. On a joint account very bad service little to no respect

      I called into the help center for an issue about an ACH transfer. In the end, the banking error was my own mistake due to how long it apparently takes for ACH transfers to actually take place, but I spoke with a service member named ***** and she was just very condescending about the whole thing. Ive banked with Ent for years and usually have great experiences with them, but she had no ***** or tact about her explanation of what happened. Then when I said, okay, I guess it was just my mistake. Thank you. All she said was (rather pointedly), have a good day. Theyre supposed to be kind and say things like, Im sorry this happened, I know it can be so frustrating but unfortunately there just isnt anything we are able to do. Is there anything else I can help you with today?, or something along those lines to, you know, actually be kind and gracious, but she didnt. And mind you, I was not being aggressive or rude. I was very confused about the situation and was asking questions, trying to understand what she was telling me and she became clearly irritated with me very quickly. Left a very bad taste in my mouth and I hope this isnt how Ent is going train their people to behave with members because I will close my account so fast if thats going to be my experience whenever Im confused about something.

      **************** is horrible. Should you move out of state remember to bring your money as well. Company doesn't care about satisfying of customers. You're just a number and someone who brings the money in for them. They will lock your accounts without notice; only pay you back half(if you are lucky) in the instance that they can't keep track of their data so it gets hacked. Would recommend this business to anyone who I care about and neither should you. Just do us all a favor and pull all of your cash out and take it to ****************. Much better and nation wide. **** poor customer service nor customer care at ENT but that's how they get their money by backstabbing soldiers and customers alike.

      I have been with ENT for many years and have loved them.Since they did this switch with the creditcards it has been a mess - and it takes up to an hour to even be able to talk to anyone on the phone. There are issues that need to be addressed.The customer service is really bad at this point. They really need to fix things or they are going to lose customers.

      They will steal money out of the account. We were working with 1 person in the mortgage department and then he left and the next person just takes money out of the account whenever they feel like it and don't tell you about it. That person is a heartless individual. Ent used to have nice people work for them but not anymore.

      Ent chose to make a change with their credit card processor on 4/27/25. After 2 weeks, I still do not have access to our business credit card account. As a trucking company that uses employee cards to purchase fuel daily, this is disastrous. I have spent 8 hours on hold with still no resolution. I get told 'sorry for the inconvenience' and then I am asked to call back another day. I get flipped back and forth between Ent customer service and Card Member customer service. Neither one has ever offered to solve the issue and call me back after its ready to go. I am supposed to continue to spend time on hold and continue calling back with no end in sight. The lack of customer service is amazing. I've taken to spending my time on hold contacting other banks that might be more appreciative of my time and business.

      Been with ENT for over 15 years, ended up in the hospital for two months and ENT froze my account and cancelled my cards. Ignored me for a week when I tried to call and reach out, then when finally connected, was met with extremely rude and unhelpful customer service which is pretty normal for this institution unfortunately. Was also told I should have taken care of my accounts while in the hospital. Cannot in good faith recommend this credit union to anyone

      Absolutely pathetic banking and mortgage service. I have applied for mortgage refinance with all sensitive documents required to refinance my house. I paid for the house appraisal, but the appraiser missed to include house improvements in their report. I have been chasing the loan officer for around a month but no actions has been taken so far. Theyre just sitting my applause and there is no action. I saw racial discrimination in a couple of their reviews and I am feeling like a racial victim for ignorance. Seriously! I started hating this credit union even before becoming a customer.

      I am working with ENT Credit Union to sell my car, on which I have a loan from the same bank. The process has been terrible. We have been passed on to multiple people, who now know what has happened. The online car loan process is a joke. We have been at this for over 2 weeks and still have not closed. I would nor recommend this bank.

      They absolutely do not care about their customers, as with any other bank. Everything they do is designed to keep poor people down and fall even further behind, while their wealthy clients receive white glove service. S**** these people and their CEO.
