      The service is terrible. I remember when they used to care about their customers, but the loan department has fallen off completely lately. The you only care about themselves it seems and will make their customers/clients wait as ******* possible to only discover terrible service in the end. You will wait hours before anyone helps you. The branch managers have become the worst of them all

      Horrible customer service I thought I would like this bank but unfortunately they **** they are rude and dont answer questions fully they sugar coat them and they hardly ever return phones even thou they say they do they give members false information on their account and give them the run around

      You guys have pushed me away I was told that I dont have enough money being deposited into my account even thou I have thousands being directed deposited from school and been depositing $200 paper check every month as well but thats not good enough for you yes i understand that you have to take things seriously but what you guys did to me was out of line and unprofessional I never got a call back once from you guys on this matter I had an issue with a check that I thought was real because it was a work opportunity that I got email about from my school i had no idea it was fraud because of that i couldnt use my mobile deposit to deposit my paper check for the month im unable to come in because i work and get off when guys close even on Saturdays the suggestions i got were unhelpful and rude I got treated like criminal do better

      Ent established a Trust account for white clients of our law firm but refused to establish a Trust account with a substantially similar Trust customized to the client and a subsequent law change for black clients. The only real difference is race.

      Nothing whatsoever has been resolved by Ent. Ent told us to stop referring our clients to Ent and to close our account with Ent even though that will result in hundreds of thousands of dollars under deposit to be lost by Ent. We will honor Ent's request to withdraw all deposits with Ent and tell clients not to attempt to open accounts with Ent.

      As with most of the other reviews on BBB, I had deposits going into my account on the same day as Bills coming out, and they strategically made sure the money came out of my account before the money went in so that they could charge me a courtesy pay fee and then choose not to refund it. Very poor customer service, especially considering it would only require a $30 refund of an arbitrary charge to keep a customer. I have we have 6 different accounts with ENT youd think theyd have a little customer loyalty?

      Ive had Ent for a few years, it was the nearest bank to my house growing up. It was decent when I first started, now its horrendous and I wouldnt recommend banking with them whatsoever. Definitely NEVER use their mobile check deposit system, checks can be held for review for no apparent reason. I was charged a courtesy pay fee, because they took so long to review my check and I had bills coming out of the account. When I asked if they could refund the fee because it was due to their system being useless and preventing me from depositing the check in person since they make you write for mobile deposit only before using the system. The truth is that Ent is too small and unable to service their patrons adequately, and are unequipped to make deposited funds accessible at all times. Ent has really gone down hill, I urge everyone currently banking with Ent to withdraw all funds and take them to a bank that can provide more benefits for allowing them to handle your hard-earned cash. Ive heard ***** is wonderful, Ent is very irritating and a horrible place to keep your money.

      Opened up a joint account online & setup transfers between our old bank and the new. I made a transfer request from my bank to ENT to open the account. I had verified the amounts deposited and everything was verified prior to the transfer request. Then I get an e-mail that says your profile has changed and you will no longer be able to make transfers. If I can't make a transfer, I cannot fund the new account. I logged on and everything I set up had disappeared, Ent had deleted it. I ended up closing the account so that we could open up an account somewhere else. If it's this much of a hassle to open up an account, I can't imagine what it would be like to bank there, it's probably for the best.

      The new site version that updated on 9/16 is extremely frustrating to useit's clunky, slow, and the layout is confusing. Users should be given the option to revert to the old version, or at the very least, the new design shouldn't have these issues in the first place.

      It would have been very professional and kind in general of the company to send out notices to their customers saying that ANYONE on the account would need their own login/password to have access to the online banking... My husband is active duty and CURRENTLY out in the middle of the ocean I called to tell them I had a problem with my online account and they pretty much told me... MY PROBLEM... Because I wasn't my husband... WE ARE GOOD HARD-WORKING PEOPLE AND WOULD HAVE TAKEN CARE OF THIS pre-deployment HAD THEY NOTIFIED US IN ADVANCE... NOT OK and ACTUALLY REALLY SAD!

      ENT credit union, has had their customer service phone number "down" for over 2 days. The online representative said to use the online web/phone application, which does not work. The fact that a business has MULTIPLE phone numbers that ALL do not function is a travesty in this day and age. I will never do business with this institution.
