      We have flown many times. Unfortunately, this was the worst experience. This trip was supposed to be a mini vacation and a personal reward to celebrate life. On 7 / 3, we used a PTO day. Our itinerary details were such as departure and arrival was only supported by Frontier. We usually fly with another carrier, but submitted to Frontier out of despation. I have travel anxiety, and this did not help at all. This particular flight was the most ghetto, no modern features on the plane; such as tv or headphones. Before boarding, 45 minutes delayed due to what appeared to be pilot error connecting equipment. After those passengers finally got off, plane was so dirty, the cleaning crew had to spend more time attending to the plane. Finally we were able to board, only to be forced to sit on the plane for over an hour. The delay reason 'to attend to customer service needs'...that was not the case, it was a passenger that apparently was rude to a flight attendant after being asked to check her bag. The crew tried to later have her removed from the plane, but was not successful. Separate, from all of that, no complementary snacks, but offered a menue from the skybar. In addition, the crew, not very pleasant at all. Very *****, looked tired or just didn't look like they wanted to really be there that day. Now, let's go back even before boarding, I needed help with my booking and learned that there is no customer service, only a chat bot who only understands certain words. The app also was not user friendly. I was so afraid of messing up and fearful I would have paid for something, did it wrong and wouldn't get a refund. I will add, many passengers were feeling the same and many others also shared the same sentiment, never submit to flying with Frontier again. For me, I am asking for a refund, funds back to the card or mail a check to the address. Please contact me if you need more information. I did try to leave on your site directly, but that is not working either.

      ******** company, I don't recommend it to anyone. They closed the door on me while I was in line with 39 other people. They didn't even give me a second to wait. They do this to force you to buy another flight.

      flt DK97TH 6/29/25@9:28PM arrive 6/30/25@5:07AM.1st delay 9:45Pm due to Delayed to allow for a late arriving aircraft.2nd delay 11:00PM due to Delayed because of flight crew regulations.While waiting informed flight attendant showed up &left,& waiting for her return or another agent.Flight was *************** cust service got Chairna advised was traveling with daughter-in-************** gave her their confirm number.She put in request hotel &said would receive email with info.Asked if we would be staying in the same hotel & told we would.Asked to get more food voucher.Was not able.Asked for supervisor& gotJulius.He couldnt,would have to get from the agent @airport.Received email,res#6KBU6 Holiday Inn.****** assured would be at the same *********** she received confirmed her&grandson @Marriott.Advised ****** he said would get it changed.He advised oversold &he couldnt do *********** the counter,told that a request would have to be put in.Daughter in law didnt want to change hotel& had no guarantee could be at that same hotel.After waiting told it could take hour, she did not want to ******** to the Holiday Inn,told sold out no rooms.Told to contact the airline.Called airline again,told I would receive email for another hotel in 30 minutes.After 45 minutes no email,called back,asked for ************** ****, was told he couldnt put in request &had never done B4.Advise email I received was requested from cust service,& this was the same number.He said would put request in but would need to go back to the airport to have them work on it.Explained to the supervisor she request for hotel & was told, being close to check out they wouldnt request hotel.She tried to get other compensation but could only get $10voucher.Texted daughter in law,she&grandson had separate rooms.They were on same reservation,same last name,confused why they had separate room?She had late check out 12:00pm &extra bed,got to her room @9:30am.Unacceptable due to Frontier staff not showing up.

      I cant even leave 1 star but I have to, By far the worst airline Ive ever dealt with. Delayed flight, Im talking more than 5 hours!!! Still waiting for reimbursement! On chat hold *********************************** Stay away!!!

      Terrible service. They delayed a flight that was supposed to leave at 11:21 a.m. "due to a late arriving aircraft" and ended up leaving well after 1:00 p.m., causing me to miss my connecting flight (which was also with Frontier). Long story short, I incurred over $900.00 booking with a different airline and renting a car just to get to my destination. The "accommodations" offered: Rebook on a flight for Monday (it was Friday) with only one night of hotel stay comped, or a refund in the grand total of $65.00. Oh, and my luggage was lost for over a week. It finally ended up at my destination, and was notified by the airport itself, not Frontier. I have flown all over the world and have never had something like this happen. Will NEVER fly Frontier again.

      After a 2 hour delay, I landed in ******* as my connection only to have my flight canceled. The only option they gave me to rebook was from my original destination- which obviously I wasnt there!! The line for the agent was wrapped around the terminal with no end in site. I called and each time the automated bot told me it would be a longer wait time than the time before. The next flight out was two days later. I canceled the flight and rebooked with another airline, costing me $600.

      The absolute worst airline experience I have ever been subjected to. We sat on the tarmac for >6 hours until a woman in the row behind me said she was feeling light headed due to low blood sugar from sitting for so long with NO FOOD OR WATER PROVIDED. We had to ******* and were told we get a $15 meal credit and to come back tomorrow morning for the same flight at the same time. Come the next morning at the time we are to board, we are told our boarding passes are for a flight that left at 8am (no notice in email or text about this different departure time) and that we are SOL with no refund available for their lack of communication. STAY AWAY FROM THIS AIRLINE AND I WOULD RATHER DRIVE 24 HOURS THAN SIT ON ONE OF THEIR PLANES FOR AN HOUR. Most uncomfortable seats on a plane I have ever sat in as well (thats including multiple spirit flights so that is saying something).

      Frontier airlines is an unethical business. Their business model includes over booking their flights, sending their customers in circles purposefully so that they miss the flight and turn around and blame their customers who arrived plenty early. The workers are rude because its their job to f*** over Frontier customers. If you must fly ******************, do not check a bag, this is their strategy to make you miss your flight.

      Need to add a minor to my existing flight. Per website, can only be done via assisted **** No number for customer service. On chat for hours for several days with no assistance or the chat is unstable and closes, leading a restart in the entire process. I am very well aware that Frontier is a cheaper option and customer service is nearly non-existent BUT this is outrageous. Its illegal to have a minor travel unattended yet there is no assistance to book a ticket.
