      Start off I will never fly with fro tier again. First without any calls or email or notification my flight was canceled. Was told to call for a refund with trying to reschedule my flight. After fighting with frontier was put on another flight in a different airport hours away. My flight then gets delayed 2 hours. Then gets delayed another 45 min on runway. I lost my hotel reservations and a whole day at my vacation with family. No compensation at all. They offer me a 50 dollar voucher to fly with them again in 3 months. Never ever ever use frontier airlines

      On a return flight from *********** to *********, my husband and I decided to upgrade our seats to the advertised " Ahhh Stretch Seating" - Extra legroom - Full comfort recline - etc due to having back pain from the direct flight several days prior. When we boarded the plane, we were disappointed to see that the upgraded seats DID NOT RECLINE! After returning home I wrote into the airlines to ask for a refund in the amount of $146 ($77 for my seat and $69 for my husband's seat) due to the false advertisement! To be clear, this amount was in addition to the ticket purchased. The airline responded that they could not refund the seats due to being used. When I questioned the false/fruadulent advertisement of "full recline", they issued a future credit voucher of $25 for each seat!I am a doctor of physical therapy and would never recommend this airline to any person who has any low back pain symptoms. I will never fly this airline again due to the discomfort of the seats. I would have never purchased the additional fare for NON RECLINING SEATS. I felt like they took advantage and lied about seats being "full comfort recline"

      If I could give 0 stars, I would. I hate Frontier airlines so much. They completely screwed me over. They cancelled my flight from ********** to ******** mere hours before the actual flight, told me I'd get refunded my flight plus $600 towards a replacement flight. I spent 3 months emailing their horrible department trying to get my measly $600 (my flight home ended up costing me over $1600), only to have a supervisor tell me that I wasn't eligible for it. I will NEVER fly them EVER again. It's complete bull that they promised me something and then didn't deliver as well as that they screwed around for 3 MONTHS and I wasted hours submitting documents multiple times rather than someone telling me that I wasn't going to receive the money they promised me.

      Last year I had to cancel a flight because I had Covid. I got credits for it. However, I was unable to book within 90 days and lost the balance of the credit. I called and they said too bad! Don't waste your time and money on Frontier.

      Horrendous customer service all around. Booking a flight across the country for bereavement (hurried and panicked), I paid for a checked and carry-on bag. Upon arrival at the airport, I didn't not need to use the checked bag that was purchased. I was told by the attendant at the service desk that a note was made on my reservation and to contact customer service for a refund on the unused bag; however, after speaking with multiple frontier representatives, both in-person and over the phone, I was only given the run-around and was able to make no progress with any employee. The uncomfortable planes are tolerable for the low airfare, but the way this airline treats patrons is unacceptable.

      I had to contact them more then 10 times for a refund. They are finally processing my hotel reimbursement after my flight delay a MONTH AND A HALF AGO.They printed me 2 ground transportation vouchers and they are trying to say ONE IS A DUPLICATE.They will give me flight credit and WILL NOT REFUND MY PASSENGERS TICKET BECAUSE SHE CAUGHT COVID.Frontier will let you speak to a supervisor after asking 3 times, and waiting on hold for 30 minutes, their supervisor can not do anything for you. I assure you.They are unethical, and do not cooperate with the customer. They promise you refunds, send you in a circle only to tell you no in the end.DO NOT FLY WITH FRONTIER. PAY THE EXTRA HUNDRED FOR ANOTHER AIRLINE.

      I purchased airline tickets from Frontier on 7/12 and had an emergency arise of 7/13 and need to cancel or change the flight. I purchased insurance on the flight just in case however when I called I was told if I cancel there would be a $99 fee per person and then if I wanted to change the date there would be an additional $99 fee. What was the point of the insurance and in some many words they take your money if you have an emergency and that not right. Who has an extra $200 to $300 to give someone. Emergency arise that's why I took the extra $60 for insurance, so I am out of $400 or more because they can. Then to make matters worse when I told **** I would be complaining he hung up the phone on me. I don't understand why some places are still in business or nothing is done to help consumers.
