      Flight delayed over 3hrs 25min from *** to ATL as a result i missed my connecting flight from ATL to MSP and counter agent told me no more flights to *** for the day only option is next day 7pm to ****** long layover next flight to MSP in morning to get home by noon how crazy is that Agent told me to go get ticket from spirit or southwest for same day flight which I did with southwest for $389 and Frontier only refunded my remaining ticket ATL to MSP which is just $159.40 will never ever fly Frontier again my first and last and will make sure friends and family dont fly Frontier as well worst i encounter

      We had a horrible experience with this flight. We have a 3 year old with special needs who needs assistance to sit up usually. The staff asked us to put her in her own chair and we requested that we could hold her (which we have done on 6 other flights so we did not know this was not OK). They then asked us to get off the flight. We told them we would try to have her sit up and she was able to and they still asked us to get off the flight. We told them repeated times that we had a car seat that she could use and they still made us get off the flight. They did not offer to pay for a hotel even though we were traveling with small children and it was midnight. Eventually they let us back on to use our carseat. It caused a lot of stress for our family and was not OK to force us off the flight after we proved she could sit in her seat and we could use a carseat.

      Dont ever use frontier airlines, my girl and i drove 2 hours to get to ******************** and waited another 3 hours dues the flight delayed of 1:30, once we finally got it gate weve told that our seats 9E and 9F got taken away and we had to wait till the flight boarding was complete,and then we had no seats and just got told that we had to devidenif we want the next day same hour flight or just go home, the gate staff was very rude, very rude, never again using FRINTIER AIRLINES,THE WORSE EVER

      Absolutely horrible in every aspect! Cancelled a flight, put me on another flight 2 days later, uncanceled original flight, won't put me back on it or standby. Traveling with a child and handicapable person and we are stuck for days.

      I boooked six months ahead of time and they cancelled the entire flight and refused to rebook us. Costs us $900 extra and we lost out on a day of vacation. Never trust frontier.

      By far most the worst experience I dun had . My son flight was cancel while he was on the plane. Then they issue him a credit to use and the credit code doesnt work . You cant reach out to them , u try to chat to they never respond . Ok cool I just book another flight on Tuesday , come today Im tryna check in it say ur flight has been cancel . They sent no email or nothing letting me know. If I could choose no stars I would I would never book with them again

      Honestly, 100 characters isnt nearly enough to explain the absolute sh*t show of our experience with Frontier on 6/26/2025 at ***. Completely missed my gfs birthday trip, out thousands in concert tickets, hotels, car rentals all due to their vile and disrespectful staff. Ive never in my life experienced what I did today with any airline. At least ***** ppl on this flight experienced this also today. A grandmother was NOT let on the plane with her daughter and grand daughterand MOCKED by staff because she got emotional for obvious reasons. As we were callously mocked, dismissed and treated with security trying to make any sense of why you would look at this large group of ***, held up, by YOUR employees and just said close it. We asked for a supervisor repeatedly, told over a dozen times she was on her way . She never showed. Not one employee gave their name as at least 4-6 of us had asked. Infuriated, sad, heartbroken, appalled.. we just decided to eat the entire birthday trip cost and go home. This is just the experience at the airport in CVG prior, I was charged $75 because of a spelling error (my phone autocorrected a name on my phone as weve all had happen) to my gfs ticket. As we waited in the baggage check line (we tagged our bags ourselves) and were still forced to stand in a 40 min line. To which when I got to the desk was told Id need to take my bag through *** and pay an additional $25 legal robbery.

      I would give 0 stars if possible. First, even though she received a confirmation number my wifes tickets do not exist. When we tried to use the chat bot WE WERE NOT HELPED FOR DAYS ON END. WE ***H TRIED THE *** FOR HOURS AT A TIME FOR 5 DAYS IN A ROW. When I went in person to the airport, the associates there could not help me with the issue and instead asked me to rebook her flight. I said yes please rebook the flight exactly as is was. They then proceeded to book a one-way ticket instead of a with a return flight even though they were given all the previous flights information. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a company. I would sooner walk to ******* than get on a Frontier plane to go there.

      I've flown with Frontier a handful of times and every single time my flight gets delayed or cancelled. I tried to deal with it but now every time I book 2 tickets at the same time, I have to pay for seats because they ALWAYS separate me from my husband. This last flight I took was the absolute worst. I chose a flight out to ******* that took off at 3:30pm and returned a couple of days later at 6:44pm. I got notified that my flight times had changed by less than 60 minutes but when I opened the email, my 3:30pm flight had been changed to 6:25am and my 6:44pm flight had been changed to depart at 9:44am. On what planet is that less than 60 minutes? At this point, I didn't want to risk cancelling the flight to purchase another so I dealt with it. The flight to ******* wasn't awful but my returning flight was literally the most unorganized and stressful experience of my life. As the staff was halfway through boarding for zone 1, it was announced that all the overhead bins were full and anyone with a rolling bag or larger backpack would need to pay to check the carry on bags that they already paid for. Once I finally made it onto the plane, there was some issue with there being too many passengers for the amount of seats on the plane. We sat for an hour and a half on the tarmac while staff tried to figure out what happened (they obviously oversold the flight) and kick off a family of 3 who had already dealt with having to pay for their bags to be checked when they had already paid for them as a carry on. The staff was extremely rude and insisted that everyone be in their designated seat or they could "get off and head back to the terminal so they can sit wherever they want". They also had a minimal selection of food and drinks because they "don't have anymore soda" or they "only have 2 cup of noodles". After the way the boarding was handled, the very least they could've done was to offer top-notch in-flight service. Needless to say, this will be my last Frontier flight.

      Our experience with Frontier Airlines at ********************** was awful. Our flight was delayed for hours with no explanation, and the staff didnt seem to care at all. We kept asking for help, but no one would give us answers or try to fix the situation.We had planned a vacation and drove 3 hours from home to catch this flight. Because of the delay, we missed important parts of our trip. When someone finally helped us, they told us the next available flight wasnt for two more days. No hotel voucher, no meal vouchernothing.We had to pay out of pocket for a hotel and ended up spending $1,500 on new flights with another airline just so we could still take our trip.Frontier completely failed us. Their customer service was cold and useless, and the delay cost us time, money, and a lot of stress. We will never fly Frontier again, and we strongly suggest you dont either
