      We booked a fight May 5th 2022 for a Fight dated 7-13-22 at 8:39AM. We were printing out our boarding information 7-10-22 and noticed that the fight time was changed from 8:39 to an evening flight around 6PM. We were not told the fight time changed. After being on the phone for over an hour we were told that that the flight time of 8:39AM never existed. We bought the travel insurance when we booked the flight. We were told from the frontier representive that we voluntarily cancelled out fight because we can't make the flight time that they changed and never told us. We were offered $85.00 voucher which I told them not to date because I will never fly on their airline. I feel this was very unacceptable that they can change a flight time and not let the customer know. We ended up booking another flight with a different airline to make sure we made it to our distention on time for our events that were already scheduled. I would give this airline a zero Star rating if it would be possible other than a One so I can write my compliant.

      Today would have been my first day flying with Frontier - I usually fly American Airlines and have never had a bad experience but I saw a great deal and went for it. The morning started with my American flight getting canceled and then I was waitlisted but was unable to get on the flight. No big deal, they rebooked me for tomorrow. I then called Frontier to let them know that I would not make it to my TX flight later today. (This was after waiting for the front desk attendant in the airport - never showed). I was told that the flight would be $600 for tomorrow and I would have to pay a cancellation fee higher than my original ticket fee.Needless to say, I hope that the customer service I experienced is not a common practice. I ended up rebooking with another airline tomorrow. Not only was I unable to cancel my ticket due to the "cancellation fee" but I was unable to transfer due to airline factors out of my control. I am a frequent flyer on different airlines but have never seen anything like this.

      Never again will I book with Frontier. I bought Trip Protection thinking that would help in case I needed it. Well, ended up having to cancel the flight. Cancellation fee was $99 plus additional fee of $54 and taxes. I actually laughed on the phone with the representative when she told me that because the cost to cancel my flight would cost more than what I paid for the actual ticket. Delta gladly gave me a full flight credit for my cancelled flight. Frontier tried to make me pay more to cancel my flight than what I paid for the flight. Never again. Goodbye Frontier.

      Was told I would be reimbursed for hotel expense after a cancelled and rescheduled flight in ********* on 7/2/22. I was given a paper by the airport to turn in for the reimbursement. After submitting this document and the flight confirmation information from Frontier, The airline denied my reimbursement due to the airport putting the wrong flight number on the document they provided. After multiple communications and explanations to Frontier, they still refused. We spent Almost $7000 on our flights and they refused to reimburse $150 for our hotel, due to the airports mistake. We will take our money to another airline from now on.

      I will never fly Frontier again. If I could give them a 0 I certainly would. They have the worst customer service of anyone I have dealt with before. All their customer service people are foreign and very difficult to understand. I have been on the phone several times only to end up very stressed. I purchased a ticket in July of 21 to go to **********. I was exposed to covid just before I was to leave so I called to see about a refund. No was the answer. I could get a Frontier Credit but would not refund my money. I tried to book another flight for this summer and when I said to use my Frontier Credit it was unable to retrieve it. I have called and tried to speak with several people being put on hold for extended periods of time. I have probably been on hold at least 3 hours if not more over the time that I have been trying to speak with someone. I finally got someone today whose English was not their first language, and after being on and off hold for 47 minutes getting no where other than very angry, which I have every right to be, given the problems I have had, the Frontier employee who I was told was a manager hung up the phone. Beside being very hard to talk with someone they can be extremely rude. I will never fly with Frontier again!!!!!

      I booked a flight from ******** to ********* 7/17/22-7/21/22. My luggage was damaged on the way there and lost on the way back. I called to complain about my damaged luggage after I made it home from my vacation and I was told that theres nothing they can do since I waited after 4 hours. Well the plane was late getting to ***** so the transportation company had been there waiting for a while and I couldnt complain at the airport because we would have been charged extra for more time with her waiting. I was on a very tight schedule while there and had to wait til I got back. When I arrived back to ********, half of the plane received their luggage at the carousel before it completely stopped. No one who works at Frontier said anything to us about our luggage, we were just sitting there waiting until another customer advised us that it was lost (it was maybe 20 people) who had to fill out a form for lost luggage. I then get home and get a call a few hours later saying that my luggage has been found. They said I can pick it up or have it shipped. I live in a condo with locked doors so no one would be able to get in. I was inconvenienced and had to go pick up my luggage. I called customer service to assist with both issues and they keep telling me that theres nothing they can do about it. This airline needs to be shut down. My whole experience was a complete nightmare. I will never buy with them again. I will also spread the word to make sure no one else does. I hate that I even had to give them one star.

      Horrible. IN EVERY SINGLE WAY! I had a credit due to not being able to fly with a covid and when I went to book it said that the code had no credit on it! I lost $1,200!!! They would not reactivate my code and stole my money!They are awful in everyway. Never in all my years have I seen such crooked people. NOT to mention their airline is as budget as you will ever get. They should be as helpful as possible to save face b/c their is no redeeming qualities that I could think of! This was the icing on the cake. Anyone who flies with this airline is taking a huge risk as they dont give one single care about their customers what so ever. Its terribly sad and especially in such trying **************** They really should be embarrassed. I am in the process of filing a law suit against them to get my money back. Terrible that anyone would need to take this route to get back their money! I can only say.... DO NOT FLY THIS AIRLINE.

      If you'd like to ****** on being stranded in a foreign country because they cancel your return trip the morning of your departure, then by all means choose Frontier - who will call it an "inconvenience" and not the crisis that it was. It cost me over $300 more to get a last-minute flight on United because the ****************** folks at ****************** are scripted Liars. Just.Don't.

      Terrible airline that merged with another terrible airline called spirit.My flight was delayed over 3+ hours and I was on the phone for several hours being transferred from person to person who said different things.I never got compensated for the money I spent for this flight. Just terrible service all around!Frontier and Spirit should stop running business because they way they handle business is unexplainable..

      I had booked a flight 2/23/22 for a round trip flight for 7/20/22 when we got to the Airport after almost 2 hours we were told that Frontier does not flight out of PBI on Wednesday .. So I was booked a flight that never existed . I received a Purchase Confirmation with my flight confirmation code On it ..I am suppose to get a full refund in seven days we will see
