    Avoid this company, they did not have a real return/ exchange policy, and after interacting with them, they seem to be using the exchange / return as some sort of scam.

    This company is very shady and should be avoided. They have very poor customer service as well as a very poor refund policy.I ordered 2 bras from them, when recived the bras were cheaply made and did not fit. I decided to return as I had checked before ordering if they take returns which they do within 30 days. However! You can only return if package is unopened and you have to pay to ship it back......How can I know if there product fits if I can't open the parcel to try it on absolutely outrageous. Not to mention in today's day what company charges you to return something from there online store? This company doesn't stand by there product and there customer service is non existent. do not waste your money! As a soon to be mother every dollar counts and companies like this don't have there customers best interest at heart.

    Their pump motors break within a week of use and they make moms jump hoops to honor the warranty. They also had a bogo sale on their pumping bras and had a glitch and instead of sending me the two bras like the deal was advertised they canceled the order altogether with no explanation or response to my emails. ******** customer service and business practices to loyal moms to their brand.

    I just got the Momcozy v2 pro in the mail the other day and let me tell you I LOVE IT. I went from pumping 7 ounces each pump to 12 ounces!! Its increased my supply dramatically. The pump motor is so quiet and discreet meaning you could pump on the go and no body would even know!! It is so quiet for when Im pumping while my baby is sleeping next to me. I have so many Momcozy products and theyve never failed me!! I love Momcozy!!

    My wife had researched breast pumps and knew she would love the momcozy we bought the m5 in August of 2024 and my wife absolutely loves the momcozy the motors started making noise which is understandable because my wife has to pump at least 8-10 times a day so that is literally 960 uses she has got out of the m5 pumps in 4 months which is amazing since they are compact and hands free I was able to get in touch with the momcozy support team which they immediately responded within a day with exceptional customer service and have taken care of our issue i highly recommend this company to any breastfeeding moms my wife loves them am I am very pleased with how they handled my wifes pump issue 10/10 in my opinion highly recommend the momcozy

    having issues with my pumps momcozy is refusing to help out or provide any advice on why it might not work. pumps were purchased on ********** new from ****** shouldnt they have product warranty. most items come with 1 year warranty ****** claims to contact the brand momcozy and momcozy is saying to contact ******. so momcozy products are sold as if? very confused. these cost $100 plus better customer service should be provided. emails i received. The order is sold directly by ********** not on Momcozy store on ******. No worries, it has a warranty. The product is purchased directly through ****** and not on Momcozy Official Store. That's why ****** will hadle the after sale services.- ****** We have checked that the order is sold directly by ********** in this case please contact ****** top customer service directly for them to further facilitate the after-sale services. Since they are the only who has an access for the order details. -*****

    When I purchased the Momcozy m5 I did a lot do research and was sure that I would like the product. After one month of use the parts needed to be replaced and there were no replacement parts available at the time because the pump was so new so I had to put it away for a couple months while the parts were in production. Once I was able to get replacement parts the pump completely lost suction so its been a complete waste of money and I used the pump for less than two months. The pump was purchased while I was pregnant and Ive got a chance to actual enjoy a wearable pump.

    It took some time to get used to putting the parts together but once I managed it all, it worked great! Ive replaced parts to maintain the suction as recommended. The parts are a bit expensive and I wish they would last longer. Otherwise a great product

    I love momcozy anything!!! We love the baby carrier and Im also a big fan of the wearable pumps that I have! I had one malfunction and they quickly helped me resolved my problem!!!
