    Absolute horrible customer service. Received S12 breast pump as gift and 8 weeks later one of the motors quit working. Emailed customer service THREE TIMES before getting a response. To which they told me they needed an order number after I said it was gift. Contacted my friend who purchased and got order number. They said they sent me a replacement pump. Never received it and emailed again. They said it was returned due to no reason for me getting one!!! I am absolutely livid. This company is a huge scam. I got a new wearable Medela pump. However when researching, momcozy has the best reviews which is astonishing to me. Maybe if youre lucky enough to get a pump that isnt defective and you have no reason to need customer service then I can see why the product is well liked. However it is absolutely unacceptable for a company that is expected to provide mothers with quality, reliable products to feed their babies to have such horrible customer service.

    I am DISGUSTED with this product and those that support/work for this business. As a full time working mom, I trusted this product in aiding me to provide for my little. Their products do not last for more than 6 months. I have wasted money buying multiple pumps because they continue to go out. I decided to call Momcozy today because I have had, yet, another pump go out on me. I was degraded and hung up on by the customer service worker. She had no remorse or interest in what I had to say. How the h*** is this business still up and running???? WASTE OF MONEY!!!!!!
