      I was led to believe I would be getting a premium product with premium installation and servce. I was willing to pay the similarly "premium" price for what I was promised.The final verdict is reflected in my online blog : ***************************************************************************** --------------------THE PROMISE: Refer to blog THE PRODUCT: Refer to blog THE VERDICT:This was an extremely bad purchase. My colleague at work paid less than half for a much better installation from **********! Not even a professional window dressing place - ********** of all places.Throughout the custom construction of my house, I have had no problem paying for upgraded items. But I work hard for my money and have insisted on getting a quality product for my money. This is how it should be and this is how it has been.But these shades have been an absolute disappointment. The installation has been abysmal and hopefully my blog will help people make an informed decision on where to get their window dressings from.

      *** and ***** each delivered 5 star service. *** was informative in helping me select shades. ***** was efficient and effective with including teaching me how to charge shade motor and use remotes. Could not be more pleased! *******

      Loved *********** Very professional, friendly, informative, and complementary. *** is very knowledgeable with design was very helpful in guiding us to the right decision. **** was very professional quick with his work of installation and measuring visits. Look forward to working with this company again in the future.

      Stoneside Blinds is the place to go if you are needing a refresh or recovering from a disaster. **** (consultant) and ***** (installer) were fabulous. March 2023 our house was hit by the crazy storm / tornado/ high winds and 85% of house was damaged. I researched different blinds/curtains business and Stoneside was the best during my research. Now I can say they are the best due to my personal experience. Shortly after we got the go ahead to replace the curtains **** walked me through all the options for curtains when I was overwhelmed. She answered all my questions. ***** installed the curtains and was timely, professional, and explained the whole process when he came to measure and install. I was so delighted with the curtains I chose them again for the blinds that needed to be replaced (this is the second time they came out to help me). I am a repeat customer for life and will recommend to my friends and family looking for new blinds/curtains. Be sure and ask for **** for consultant and request ***** as the installer !! They are phenomenal people!!

      *** and **** are an incredible team! *** did an excellent job reviewing the product and was very thorough explaining each window condition. She also went through the proposal line-by-line and answered all of our questions. She continued to keep us updated during the ordering and shipping process. **** installed our blinds and did an outstanding job. He was friendly, efficient and left a clean job site. I highly recommend Stoneside Blinds. We are very happy with our window treatments. Great job, *** and ****! Thank you! ????????????
