5 starsWe originally ordered a few roller shades for our home while working with ****. After they were installed by *****, we feel in love with them. Decided to add more roller shades to the back of the house. **** did all the work, got them on order and ***** came back out and did a wonderful job installing and reprogramming all the roller shades. Scheduled an in-home consultation with ******. We confirmed the appointment. I sat at home waiting and no call no show. Tried to call Stoneside customer service and they started sending me to voicemail. If you can't get customer service up front I would hate to get an installation done with them. I can see why they have the reviews they have in comparison to the other companies I am comparing them too.
