      We had an excellent experience with Stoneside! *** and **** gave us fantastic service, every step of the way from finding 2 solutions for the 2 rooms, ordering, and installation. Most of all their communication during the process was top notch and there was never a doubt about quality. We recommend *** and **** and will use Stoneside for any future window projects!

      I paid $2360.30 for a single motorized custom black solar shade. I ordered them on 8/30/2023. They did not provide the service, were rude and inconsiderate, had poor communication, and I still do not have a refund. Salesperson ** did my consultation in home, took measurements, noted I had a handle to the door to the balcony, and stated it was not going to be a problem for his company to install. He then charged me the full amount up front. I had a subsequent final measure appt in which I was assured again that the company could deliver what I paid for. I then waited over a month for my installation. On installation day, the installer was saddled with defective goods. The motor didnt work. Then the back up motor didnt work. Then, an attempt to replace it temporarily with the wrong motor also didnt work. In the entire process, my solar shade was damaged. Come around next day. Not only could I not get in touch with customer service, I needed to call back several times for customer service to finally connect with me. They made no attempts to make it right by offering compensation. I received no apology for the wasting of my time, the poor customer service, or the inconvenience. They said they need to remake my shade and quoted me 1.5 weeks of time to do it. On 10/10/23 I get a call from CB informing me that they cannot actually make the shade for my window. I was told **, the one who sold me items, will reach out to me shortly. I received no call from JW and instead had to call myself to actually reach that person. It took over 4 hours to reach them. I am informed that they have decided to abandon the project and refund me because its causing problems. I got my refund today after having to call again to ensure that it had been processed. In my opinion, I would be very wary of these five star reviews. Really think about the validity of those five star reviews when my experience has been so disparate. I am so disappointed, embarrassed, and angry at being fooled.

      Hi ****** - we apologize that we could not complete your installation. Though your design *** have worked out in the end and would have cleared the problematic door handle, we could not, in good conscience, install something that could have substantial future issues due to the non-standard nature of the proposed reverse roll design. We processed your refund on 10/11/23. We understand that your credit card company has processed the refund as of 10/18/23. Please let us know if we can be of further assistance.       We have had excellent, pleasant service from Stoneside blinds in every interaction, from ordering with *** to installation with ****** and even phone interactions with their office staff. Today ***** stopped by to fix a minor issue and he was respectful of our time, polite and very helpful. So glad that we found Stoneside!
