    We ordered a vacuum cleaner through Amazon on July 11, 2023. The subtotal of the vacuum was $159.99. Buture the manufacturer of the vacuum states that they are committed to bringing innovation, convenience, and quality to every home. Their mission: to create reliable, high-performance products that make everyday tasks easier and more efficient. That they stand as a trusted brand known for its cutting-edge technology and exceptional customer service. Their vision is they believe in the power of technology to enhance lives and are dedicated to developing products that not only meet but exceed the expectations of our customers. With Lifetime Customer ****************************** the manufacturer of vacuums sold through Amazon sold us a faulty vacuum. Within eleven months of the 1-year warranty, we are no longer able to use the vacuum purchased from them. We have sent multiple messages (4) through Butures website for advice or specifically a part to purchase to fix the vacuum, they have not responded to these messages. We have also contacted Amazon customer service. Two customer service representatives at ****** were unable to get a response from Buture.
