    I saw an advertise ment for a scooter, on Facebook, said it was Walmart but after I gave card info and was completed it changed from Walmart to Welldik Inc. I waited almost 2 months. Tried looking up the company and it’s all ascam. This is not the first time I had seen on Facebook that I ordered and it was fraud. I blame Facebook and direct express cause they won’t credit e back cause I was the one that ordered it. I’m departing then also. I just want y refund and back on my card.

    I ordered two scooters from Welldik Inc on 11/22/23 & never received my ordered. I attempted to email, but was sent back a "non-deliverable" message. The following is my receipt:

    ON November 21.2023 i orderd a scooter from WELLDIK company and never received the product. Its been 2 months since this order was placed in the amount of $53.19

    I bought a scooter from this company. They advertised themselves as qvc. I never received the scooter. The last contact with them offered me 55% of my money back. See attached. When I expressed my thoughts on the "offer", I haven't heard anything else from them. It's a shame they take advantage of the elderly and handicap.

    Click on an ad for a electric scooter and have not got the scooter. It's been almost 2 months.

    On 12/5/23 I ordered a Scooter from this
    Company as i Have have SLE Lupus, asthma, multiple myeloma. I never recieved anything so I sent An Email and was told It was sent out. I tracked it and it says it was ‘handed off’ but I never got a thing.

    Paid Welldik, Inc. with a Chase Freedom Credit Card for a 35 lb. portable scooter on 12/24/23 for $53.15. No confirmation. No copy of the Paid invoice. Never heard from them. Called and no answer several times. Research online shows that the Company is a fraud and this whole process is a scam. I'll see if the credit card company will reverse or cancel the charge. I'm an Army veteran and needed this to get me around. Nice way to say "Thanks for Your Service".

    Ordered mini scooter in early December, received conformation and then later in December an email saying item has been shipped to arrive about December 20 or so. Never heard from them again. Product never delivered, no answer on the phone when I called. I took a chance and got spammed. Will cancel payment on credit card, but need to let the world know they are a big scam.

    Was charged an amount of $39.85 for product that was never sent. It was placed on a credit card that I already contacted. This must be stopped to protect other people.
