  DO NOT sign anything, this is deceptive practice my bill was $90 more than what it was with default PGE procurement. I tried to cancel less than 24 hrs after I "agreed" to their service on their website thinking it would cancel. I did not get any feedback that it was cancelled. I tried again 1 month later doing the same and it again did not give me feedback that it was cancelled. Now im hit on this bill with RIDICULOUS charges. Ive sent an email to their customer service asking them to cancel immediately. I have spoke to legal counsel today for guidance and will tomorrow ask CA representatives to look into this fraudulent company.

  Greenwave save me a lot of money on my gas bill. Very great customer service people are very professional see the savings every month going forward for the last year. My gas bill was normally $190 for three months family of three for the last three months Ive been paying $68 for three months, very excited they came to my door and help me purchase all natural gas plus the maintenance fee is all tax at the end of the year the 995 tax write off fairy please thank you

  "you'll save money on your bill", "Don't you want to keep some more money in your wallet?" They said I signed up and I notice ****** h*** my PGE bill costs more than before I added greenwave energy as my gas supplier WTF did I sign up for.....total scam and lies told with a smile called today and cancelled they advised PGE will most likely take another month or two to clear greenwave as my gas supplier, good riddance I say. *********************** why did this happen

  Greenwave was charging 60 cents per therm in 2022. They increased their charges per therm to $4.99 on the January and February's bill for this year, 2023. This is an increase of over seven times, or a 731% increase over their previous price of 60 cents per therm. Can anyone think of any other product that can get away with this kind of increase?Who is accountable for this mismanagement of the supply of natural gas whcich is a regulated commodity at the consumer level. By the way, Greenwave is not a regulated utility. The **** does not regulate their rates as they do other ********** utilities like ************* who is accountable for this egregious situation? There are a number of parties involved but none seem to be accountable.I would love to get to the bottom of this but I do not have the expertise or the time to do the research.I suppose I could start with the legislators and governor's office. They seem to have caved in to the woke progressives. But that doesn't absolve them from exercising their duty to their constituents. If anyone has answers, please share them.

  My bill went from two hundred and something in November in December it was $539.00 in January one thousand and seventy eight dollars for one month. Please is there anyway I can get some of this back? Thank You

  Absolutely no communication from Greenwave Energy. Had we had PG &E as a gas provider our fees would have been $173.36 yet for some unforeseen reason Greenwave Energy charged $433.52. Our households gas usage was definitely lower or the same as previous years for the mere fact of less parties in the home. Had we had PG&E all of CA knows prices were going up. Due to no communication about this extremely high increase and charges, we demand a refund at The minimum of the difference PG&E would have charged us. We have not received any proof of all the trees they claim they were going to plant. Their administrative costs are obviously lower due to their absence of any communication with their customers.
