  My experience is like that of **************Promised lower rates than PGE instead my gas bill doubled. Because of solar, my electric bill was $10. The remainder of my $483 bill was procurement. $268 was Greenvwave.I am unable to reach them by phone or by email. The one time I was able to get through by phone I was told the person would be out of the office until August 3. The other times I called, the line went dead.

  Scam! They lied my parents signed up since 2017 and and provided information on the account that has nothing relates to parents (who dont speak english). I am very upset and will fight this until the very end!

  this company was sneaky to misrepresent pge and price gauged. the bill jumpled 300 plus above pge and they were more expensive than pge during the coldest time of the year and heat needed to be used. tried to cancel online, on website and by phone and of course no answer. i will be driving to their office but i guarantee they wont be there. need help trying to cancel this service.
  its a scam.

  salesman came by house and said this would be a great savings that they charge less than PG&E. So i signed up. it was fine until November bill they charged $88. then for December PG&E GAS DELIVERY CHARGE WAS $236.46 AND GREENWAVE charged $219.92, MY TOTAL BILL WAS $456.38. NOW FOR JANAUARY BILL PGE CHARGES ARE $221.88 AND GREENWAVE IS $517.49. THIS IS DOUBLE WHAT MY PG&E BILL. I CANNOT AFFORD TO PAY $739.37. WE ARE ON FIXED INCOME, MY HUSBAND IS 80, I'M 72 WE HAVE A SON LIVING WITH US WITH BI-POLAR ISSUES. I FEEL THAT THEY TOTALLLY MISREPRESENTED WHAT THEY WOULD BE CHARGING. I SUBMITTED AN EMAIL ON THEIR WEBSITE TO CALL ME. BECAUASE WHEN I CALLED THEIR PHONE NUMBER THEY WERE OUT OF THE OFFICE ON 02-3-2023 AND SENT ME TO VOICE MAIL WHICH IS FULL & CAN'T ACCEPT CALLS. I CALLED AGAIN THIS AM 02-06-2023 & THE SAME THING YOU CANNOT LEAVE A MESSAGE BECAUSE MAIL BOX IS FULL (WE KNOW WHY BECAUSE OF ALL THE COMPLAINTS). SO THEY DO NOT ANSWER EMAILS OR PHONE CALLS. I WANT TO CHANGE BACK TO PG&E SINCE IT APPEARS TO BE LESS FOR THE GAS DELIVERY CHARGES (ALTHOUGH i AM SURE THEY WILL END UP BEING HIGHER BUT HOPEFULLY NOT AS HIGH AS GREENWAVE) I MAY HAVE TO HAVE OUR FIREPLACE CHECKED OUT SO WE CAN USE THAT TO KEEP WARM AS IT IS NOW BECOMING TOO EXPENSIVE TO USE THE CENTRAL HEAT. PRICE, GOUGH & EXTORT SEEMS TO BE PEAS IN A POD WITH GREENWAVE. TALK ABOUT RIPPING PEOPLE OFF. THEY ALL ARE GREEDY UNCARING CORPORATIONS. ANY OF THE PROGRAMS THEY OFFER WE MAKE TOO MUCH MONEY, THE LIMITS FOR PROGRAMS NEEDS TO CHANGE SINCE EVERYTHING COST SO MUCH. PLEASE IF ANYONE TALKS TO THESE SALESMEN TELL THEM WHERE TO GO. THIS IS AN AWFUL COMPANY WHEN YOU CAN'T EVEN TALK TO ANYONE. I DO NOT WANT TO PAY THEM BUT I DON'T WANT TO BE SUED SINCE I'M SURE THEY WOULD SUE.
  SINCE THIS COMPANY IS IN ROCKLIN, I CAN DRIVE THERE TO SEE IF THEY ARE OPEN TO TALK TO SOMEONE. PROBABLY NO ONE WILL BE THERE. NO STARS BUT I HAVE TO PUT 1 TO POST THIS REVIEW OF AN AWFUL GREEDY COMPANY.

  The cost for natural gas in ********** during December, January and February of this past winter were the highest ever recorded in the State.  Greenwave actually paid less than the market and charged its customers less than the market during those months. Unfortunately, customers typically use 10 times as much during cold months which made the problem worse.  I regret you've had a negative experience, but Greenwave is doing all it can to help limit its customer's exposure to the constantly increasing cost of energy in the *******************.  Greenwave has created a fixed price solution to help limit uncertainty for the coming winter and continues to offset the emissions associated with your natural gas consumption, a service not offered by the utility.

  This company is an absolute scam. I was solicited by an individual over a year ago who claimed to be affiliated with PG&E and could provide a green source of gas service through Greenwave Energy. I was assured that my bill would be less than what I was paying directly to PG&E. That has not been the case AT ALL!Their rate of $0.600/therm had been relatively consistent until the past 6 months or so. This past month the therm rates were *************************** I was charged $300 extra for using greenwave energy. This is absurd. I've gone to their website to cancel my service (**************************************************) and have not received any email/letter/phone call since entering my account information for cancellation.I've also went to their contact us page (*******************************************) and entered the same information as above. I still have not received any correspondence from them.They are thieves and do not care whatsoever about customer service.
