    Their service is terrible. They constantly skip pick up dates and will give you no credit or any type of reimbursement. Supervisor named ******* just states company policy is not to give credit for missed pick **** She said to put trash in Garage until next pick up date. Tried to explain we are not piglets to have weeks of trash in garage. It's my first time writing to BBB. RUN fast from this company.

    Company does not honor contracted trash/recycling rate and constantly raises the price. Then, if the customer overpays, which they will admit to, they claim they are unable to issue a refund of the overpayment and stop replying to emails when trying to speak to a supervisor regarding this policy.

    Waste Connections bought out our original company, but we continued with them for convenience. Rates went up rather quickly. We got one quarter at senior rates. Their customer service is terrible. When we called for anything, we were on hold for ****************************************************************************************************** $23 to discontinue. They threw away two of my planters that were near (but not with) the trash. Terrible company!I would leave a 0 rating if I could!

    I have used this company for 2 years now and never had a problem. I bought pink trash bags for my daughter to use for her room and bathroom. I usually only have 1-2 a week in the trash containers. Well my neighbors in my duplex got evicted and it was say vacant and now that I have the pink trash bags they assumed it was coming from my neighbors house again still vacant. They would take my pink trash bags out of my trash and put them in front on the Nextdoor unit. I would then go put them back in my trash and this happened twice so I called them and told them its my trash and to stop taking it out. They told me I was trash sharing and I again explained the situation and everything was fine. Well today they canceled my services that I paid a year upfront for saying I trash share and thats not allowed. I again explained the situation and they said nope we are canceling you. Told me I would get a refund but dont know how much and it will come in 3 weeks. I never filled both trash cans. This company is horrible at customer service. They dont care about the people at all.

    I had Waste Connections service for several years. Over the past one-to-two years their billing practices have deteriorated to the point where I was compelled to cancel my service. I would receive a late notice on my **** threatening to cancel my service when I had not even received the original ****. When I went online to research the issue, payment history on the ** site did not list all payments that had already cleared my bank. When I called to complain, I was told I had to pay a $35 reinstatement fee. I cancelled my service.I'll never do business with this company again.
