I attempted to make a purchase for 2 bottles and 2 free bottles. They said card was declined. I didn't think anything of it til my bank checked with me if it was legit. I said no, the were charging me almost double the price I was acquiring about. I declined charges. My account was canceled and I have to wait a week for a new card. If card was declined my card should not have been charged. Also, it was sneaky of them to charge me for more bottles than I requested. I should have known better than to buy anything online. How many more people were charged for the bottles they didn't request. This is fraud. Not happy I was inconvienced.Business Response

A review about my medical practice was posted on their website by a patients family member on 5/12. This review contains multiple false pieces of information that are factually incorrect. This was explained clearly to HealthGrades via email:1. This patient did not have stage 0 breast cancer as this would never be treated with chemotherapy. This makes it sound as if she was treated with an incorrect regimen when this isnt the case.2. There is no such thing as high-dose radiation. We only prescribe standard of care doses. In fact, the total dose was LOWER than a more protracted approach. 3. Collaboration: I have multiple emails with other providers regarding this patients care. Thus the statement is entirely false. 4. There are no protocols that we must follow at our institution. Each patient is treated with a tailored approach. 5. A more staggered (assuming this person means more fractionated) approach is always considered as is documented in all of the notes. 6. The equipment functions well and is serviced by physicists and technicians in the rare cases where issues arise.7. We dont ever give RT with chemotherapy for breast cancer at our institution. Any drugs used with RT were studied in conjunction with RT on large randomized trials and are standard of care. Any such claim is false. Despite this clear explanation, they are unwilling to remove the review and are thus knowingly publishing libel.Business Response

1) I am a Psychiatrist | In order to protect patients, Please Deactivate the "Review" ***************** Current "Reviews" as you have done for other Psychiatrists due to confidentiality & ethical considerations for our specialty. I do not agree with people being solicited to reveal they are seeing a Psychiatrist. Healthgrades is going even further & posting ************************** which is highly private info that should be protected. I am bound by confidentiality & cannot respond to any concern. Contractually, I am not allowed to communicate with any patient outside of the Company ***. Having an account with ********************** or soliciting patients on behalf of the company can get me fired.2) Please remove the profile because it is misleading to patients & delays their care. 3) If you insist on leaving the "profile", the following should be corrected:1) Incorrect Contact Info: Please remove all ******************* Info as they are all Incorrect. For Psychiatry patients, you provide Driving directions to addresses where they will NOT find care. What if they are having *****************?I am 100% virtual & remote for safety purposes. I do NOT have an address or phone number for patients. If you reveal my real *************** number, you are Doxing me & putting me in danger.2) Wrong Treatments: The Profile Lists 28 conditions that I do NOT treat. Please remove them.3) Change it to say that I am NOT Accepting New Patients4) Remove all statements like Call the Office or Make an Appointment. Patients cannot do either of those things.5) Your pop-up chat on the profile gives patients the options for Medication Refill or Book Appointment. Patients cannot do either of these things with me through you. Please remove that chat or any impression on the profile that patients may in any way handle their care with me through you. This is extremely irresponsible & can delay the patients care which can be dangerous, especially in Psychiatry.Business Response

******** had a video on Glyco Pills with RFL *** stating $23 once I gave my debit card number on May 8, 2025 the took out a payment for $239.99 a than another payment of $59.99. I called and requested cancellation and was told it was too late to cancel this order and that the pills were being shipped they would be received in 3-5 business days. The lady stated that I had to wait for the pills to come and that I was responsible for the shipping on the return. I also got an RMA number for the return of the pills. RMA#4F1162E with the address *********************************. The 5 business days passed with no pills. Called again and the stated that there is a **** tracking # ********************** which I checked with the **** and it stated that a label was created. Ive once again so called back to Health Grade Supplies # ************ on May 13, 2025 once again ask when the pills would be shipped and they stated due to high demand that they would be shipped a soon as possible. They finally gave me half a refund one got $30 and another for $120. Called again on May 19, 2026 started again that there was a high demand for the pills and they didnt know when I would get them. Im a physician who has been smeared by certain individuals on Healthgrades. One former patient is a stalker and smeared me when I continued to avoid him on social media. There is no way to rebut or deny these tactics. And when did Healthgrades get the right to set up a profile on me and my practice? If Healthgrades profits off this then I want a cut of it. I did not go into medicine to make money for Healthgrades.Business Response

I am writing to deactivate the review feature on HealthGrades and remove existing reviews. I never signed up for your service or consented to my information being published. The information is consistently incorrect and I am unable to update or change it. In addition, I am a psychiatrist who deals with extremely sensitive and complex cases and issues and am often threatened or put into situations where my safety is at risk. Due to the sensitive and ethical nature of my job, I require the review section deactivated immediately. In addition, current reviews are from patients that I have never seen or had any contact with.Business Response

Hello, I am writing today to make a complaint about Healthgrades and all their affiliated websites. They have continued to ****** up incorrect and inaccurate information about my practice on their website, and have made it impossible to correct. I have gone through the process of claiming my profile and attempting to amend it, but it either reverts back or I get an email saying that I cannot update the info. This practice has been connected to other online brokers of mental health services, redirecting to websites and information I am not affiliated with. Please see this for reference: ************************************************************************************** Furthermore, they are displaying anonymous reviews on my profile, which are both not from anyone I have ever worked with and reviews I am unable to respond to, owing to confidentiality and best practices (a clinician cannot confirm or deny that anyone was ever a patient). I have contacted them several times about this, to no avail. I want to have my profile removed from their database entirely, including all redirects (such as Healthline, ************ Today, et. al).Business Response
