      I have requested that Healthgrades remove my profile, but they have denied my requests, despite the fact that I never voluntarily signed up for their platform and have explicitly objected to being listed. Furthermore, they have restricted my ability to submit another removal request for 45 days under their internal *********** work regularly involves high-risk, complex situations with vulnerable populations, including individuals experiencing serious mental health issues, substance use disorders, and homelessness. This work places me and my well-being at risk, especially when I must be involved with government services and am required to sign sensitive documents that can provoke retaliation.I am scared for my safety and serious harm. Recently, my car was damaged at the address associated with my Healthgrades profile, and I suspect this was an act of stalking. I reported this incident to Healthgrades, but they ignored my concerns.I strongly urge Healthgrades to stop making me a target by publicizing my information against my will. Healthgrades internal policies are not laws, and prioritizing their corporate interests over individual safety is unacceptable. I do not consent to the publication of my information and demand full removal of my profile. As I informed Healthgrades support, I will escalate this matter, first to the BBB, then the ***, and then pursue legal action if necessary.

      To Healthgrades: Your response fails to address my concerns: I have not consented to be listed on your platform, and your continued publication of my personal and professional informationdespite explicit objectionsraises serious safety concerns. In addition to exposing me to stalking risks, the misleading profile details and a fake review on Healthgrades causes economic damage.

      The data you publish may be publicly sourced, but the aggregation, display, and dissemination of that data in a high-profile, searchable formatespecially after a clear request for removalcreates tangible personal risk. This is not a theoretical issue: my property has already been targeted, and I suspect your listing played a role.

      Your internal policies do not override individual rights to privacy and personal safety. I repeat: I do not consent to the publication of my information. I demand full and immediate removal of my profile.

      Healthgrades has again published a fraudulent review. To repeat, from my previous complaint, I DO NOT see patients. ******************************************************************** The person posting this review is therefore NOT a patient and i suspect is a competitor from a different pathology lab posting a review to ruin my reputation. This is the second time in a year Healthgrades has failed in their due diligence to confirm reviews are being posted by actual patients. As I don't see patients, and the address on this profile is a LAB, it is fraudulent. Remove this review immediately or I will proceed with legal action, as I stated in my previous complaint.

      I have tried to contact Healthgrades multiple times with lack of response to my communications. I am requesting deactivation of the review function on healthgrades, something I never voluntarily signed up for. I am a neonatologist who works in inner-city hospitals with complex social cases. I am oftentimes found in high-risk social situations where there is extensive maternal and/or paternal polysubstance use, unstable mental health of one or both parents, ongoing domestic violence, questions of paternity, violence and unsafe households, homelessness, and other familial or ethical struggles. My work involves multiple vulnerable populations, both the infant themselves and their family. Unfortunately, my job also necessitates involvement of government services (Department for Children and Families) when safety becomes a concern and families are not fit to take care of their infant. These are incredibly sensitive situations that are necessary to protect the safety of the infant but also puts me in an extremely vulnerable situation. Ultimately, the decision regarding custody is made by the government, however, I am often the one that must deliver the news to the family and put a safety plan in place. In these situations, I have been threatened countless times. Not only am I scared for my own well-being and safety but I am frightened for the retaliation that could follow. Given the sensitive and ethical nature of my work, I am requesting that the review section of my profile be deactivated as soon as possible.

      We are a clinic that has repeatedly tried to contact Healthgrades to help us update our information. Several times now Healthgrades has refused to help by not allowing us to add providers to our clinic nor remove providers that are no long affiliated with our organization. Healthgrades does not seem to have a proper phone number to contact anyone and the emails sent to us seem to be from a bot saying that they are unable to help

      Healthgrades used my healthcare provider info without my consent to open a profile, and posted my personal cell phone number without authorization. On this profile misleading and false information can be made by anyone, anonymously towards me as a provider. There is no fact check if who left the review is an actual patient and is done of an anonymous profile which opens door to anyone who wants to bully or harm a doctor. Then there is no support to remove the review even if flagged and I reached out to inform that this is unacceptable.

      Hello, I am requesting help as I was just recently shared a false review left on my profile dated 2/13/2020. This was noticed as a result of other clients leaving me 5-star reviews. The 1-star review in question called me several names, damaging my current practice and income. I have contacted Healthgrades twice, and flagged the review as inaccurate/inappropriate because it is very clear it cannot be a real review, as I was not seeing patients or accepting any clients in 3 years leading up to and 3 years after the date of the review. I did not create this provider profile, and Healthgrades has refused to delete it, or even the defaming review from their site. The company sent a reply that this doesnt go against their criteria, but that I can reply to the review. This is a shame because this does go against their posted community review guidelines as it is false, misleading, and libelous. Additionally, is no submitter name and no proof this person was ever seen by me/ the review gives no examples of what part of a service they were not satisfied with, the reviewer only uses name-calling and personal attack tactics to damage my character. I am not seeking financial compensation, only asking the review to be removed because it is not reflective of me, and has damaged my reputation in the community and amongst my peers. I am greatly appreciative of any help you can provide, as this review does not represent me as a person or practitioner. Thank you for your consideration.

      I am rejecting this response because: this does not fit your published Community Guidelines/Editorial Process outlined in the included screenshots. It includes only name-calling and personal attacks, without any specific examples of care provided, or issues with the care that would prove the submitters dangerous claim that I dont care about the wellbeing of patients. This is libelous and defamatory. Youre telling me you confirm the reviews by relying on the veracity of the poster - which doesnt tie these reviews to anything legitimate, such as a formal survey link, or Press *****/etc.  I have let you know several times I wasnt seeing any patients or clients from ********* as I was working in other capacities during this time, as the review was written in 2020, this could not have been a legitimate review. 
      Your site has a 1-star review on both Consumer Affairs and Trust Pilot for this very issue - false reviews, non-verified allegations which attempt to harm providers.       You continue to tell me I can contact the anonymous poster and ask them to discuss privately, but this feels like a breach of confidentiality, and harassment. Youve also suggested I obtain a court-order subpoena for the ** address and email of the anonymous poster. All I am asking, is that this clearly fabricated and fraudulent review be removed. I am not seeking financial compensation, though I do hope you realize how serious allegations such as those posted by this person can be to a practitioners trust with their clients, livelihood, and business.

      About a month ago I reached out to Healthgrades to have them delete my profile. Healthgrades told me it was "against their policies" to delete my profile. I explained that I work in first response, not healthcare, and I don't want my information public. I explained that my spouse works for ********** (which as we remember, his precinct was burned down by 'folx' in 2020). I explained that one of my colleagues, a mental health professional (like me) who responds to 911 calls w/ cops (like me) was stalked by someone who we encountered through our jobs. I very strongly advocated to Healthgrades to STOP MAKING MY FAMILY A TARGET by nonconsensually posting my private information online. I also had a 1 star review with false statements from a client with ********************************* who was unhappy with my requirement for her to use therapy skills to remain in therapy. She stated, publicly, that I was unprofessional and that all my degrees were from online colleges. Not true, and that hurts my personal reputation and taints my business (also hurts my income). I expressed this to Healthgrades and they removed the comment only but not the one star. Here's the kicker, and I told Healthgrades this... They cared enough about my privacy to respond to my request to delete my account via a PRIVACY PORTAL (lmao) but they don't care enough about my privacy to actually keep me safe. Currently, I am unable to remove my picture from their account. ********************** makes you give them your birthday so they can publicly display your age, they make you give them an address, they make you give them other details about yourself you may not want public. I do not consent to this and want my whole profile gone. Their 'policies' aren't law. I told them my next step would be to contact BBB, FTC, and a lawyer. So here I am.
