12/17/2022 Website containing false and potentially slandering info that could negatively affect my professional reputation. I have attempted to enter the website profile that was created without my participation. Although a negative rating if my business appears in a ****** ratings search associated with Healthgrades and its affiliate, Sharecare, no such rating appears on either website, making it impossible to address the issue. The instructions to address a concern about a rating suggest entering the website, clicking the ratings tab and responding to the rating on the website. However, there isnt any rating that can be viewed or accessed via the website; it can only be seen via ****** search, and I assume via other search engines. There is also incorrect info on the website about my company; an outdated address, an indication that I work with someone Ive never met and who I have no knowledge of whatsoever. This misinformation is wrong at best, and harmful to my reputation, which I have steadily worked hard to build for twenty years.Business Response

Two reviews were posted on a profile Healthgrades created of me that I did not give permission to create/post on their website. I reached out to the website and have not gotten a response. The reviews are rude, 99% false, do not represent who I am, and one is l poking fun at a speech impediment I have. I dont understand how these reviews met criteria for what is allowed to be posted. All I am asking is for them to be taken down as they are not true and do not speak for who I am or how I practice in my profession. Also, other info on the profile is incorrect. I am just asking for the reviews and profile be taken down. I did not give permission for a profile or to have reviews posted on the website.Business Response

I am making a complaint on Health grades. It is an on line Doctor review business that is accredited by the BBB. I put up a review on a physician. I was his patient. I did not have a good experience with the Doctor. I left an unfavorable review, but I did not go against community standards. I did not state anything attacking towards the Doctor. My Doctor had it taken down. The review was approved and up for the last 5 days, now its down. I do think with our 1st amendment right we should be able to say we didnt have a good experience.I am uploading a copy of the exact review that was up. I contacted the company about this matter. I would like your assistance with this please. I am also uploading a copy of Health grades community standards. My review doesnt violate these standards. I have also attached what I have found on this site advising to Doctors on which reviews they can have taken down. An individual that was never my patient nor did I ever provide care for placed a low rating for myself in health grades. This person who did it had started a school and wanted me to work for them when I declined due to discovering they wanted me to engage in fraudulent t billing practices they sought to defame me. This eating cause me to loose a potential patient and income. The individual that did the fake 1 star rating has even been bragging that they did it. I would like it removed immediately. I am saddened that your website allows people to post things that can cause such hurt to peoples jobs without further investigating if they postings are legitimate. On October 13, 2022, we became aware that HealthGrades.com posted an incorrect profile for myself and my husband, listing us both as providers at ********************************** in ********, **********.We are currently retired from clinical practice, and do not and have never practiced in the *******************.We would like our profiles removed completely from HealthGrades since we no longer see patients. The procedure outlined on Healthgrades.com involves creating an account in order to make changes to information. I would prefer not to create an account for the sole purpose of deleting my profile. I created a patient account on 9/6/2022. Today 9/6/2022 I am locked out of the website. Once both my email and password are entered, a message states that they are "invalid". Every attempt to change my password results in a message stating that my email address is "invalid" and of course any and all support requires a valid account. I DEMAND an email, phone call, written letter or even just a smoke signal as to why!Business Response

There is a feeble, cowardly FAKE review from an ex on my business profile. I flagged the review and let the company know that it was a fake review from someone I have no record of treating (I never treated my ex). They said as the review did not go against company standards they could not take it down AND they cannot delete my profile that I did not ask to be created on my behalf. This shouldn't be allowed and laws or company policies that would verify if someone was actually a patient need to be changed or implemented to protect our businesses as reviews are so vital to overall business health in 2022.Business Response

This business is publicizing false information about me and my business on their website. I have contacted them several times regarding this issue, but they are refusing to correct it. Specifically, the name and address of my practice.
