      I placed a review on Healthgrades on 1/13/23 regarding **********************************. I requested 3 times that it be removed and it is still there.       I am a Chiropractor that has taken a leave of absence over the last 10yrs to raise my kids. Someone has posted a review on Healthgrades.com dated April 2022. They have put my children's first names and listed it as their name. In the review they are falsely claiming that I treated them as a patient last year in a nonexistent clinic and my misdiagnose led to them needing surgery. I need to get this false and slanderous review taken off as soon as possible. There needs to be some rules and laws put in place, where reviews need to be from actual proven patients and not some anonymous person that is trying to slander the medical professional. I will be pursuing avenues to find out who this person is but would appreciate it if you would erase it Thank you. .

      This company publishes falsified customer reviews about healthcare providers. They do not verify any complaints and cause severe career-damaging harm to nurses, doctors, and healthcare staff. Healthcare is not a hotel or restaurant, people are dying, and they are sick on the worst day of their lives. Their family members are dying and screaming and crying. You cannot publish comments about people's work, or their abilities when they are in the most extreme of emotional and physical stress. It's inaccurate and completely unethical.

      Healthgrades has provided a website purportedly providing information about ************** practice. Unfortunately it lists as the office phone number ( which is actually ************ for 20+ years) an unlisted private residence phone number where my children reside. People have called and been rather inappropriate with my children when they are informed that they are not calling a medical office. I have attempted to contact heathgrades several times - at least twice via email which appears to be the only contact source. Online I have found two phone numbers supposedly associated with healthgrades that appear to have only messages that state the line is busy and hangs up.Other websites by insurance companies all have the correct information for my office phone number. The lack of verification by healthgrades before posting information that is incorrect is concerning.

      Healthgrades allows people to leave reviews of doctors and does not check the validity or truthfulness. This company admits that they do not verify if the review is truthful or not. Anyone can leave a false review as long as they have an email. A false review was placed against myself in which the reviewer is lying. This person is trying to falsely and maliciously damage my reputation. Healthgrades does not verify if the subject matter is true, only that they have an email address. The review in question mentions that their care was mismanaged. This is a lie as the person is not a doctor, and the standard of care was given. They even state they went to another doctor who did surgery on them and they had a bad outcome. I was not involved in that surgery and advised them against it. We cannot argue with patients online as this is unethical and inappropriate. Healthgrades only takes the story from one side and and does not take the doctors side of the actual facts that happened. They are one sided biased reviews that can be damaging. Healthgrades needs to be held accountable and respond to this.

      Date of original review Dec 29, 2019.A disgruntled individual **************** created a healthgrades profile in my name and left a false review about his experience. Of course, he failed to mention the reason why his appointment was cut short and was escorted out. I am not the first person he has done this too, he has done it to me colleagues and other providers in other offices, retail, food service, etc. He also left the same review on my former office's website. My former employer took it down because it was clearly not true and that has never been my character. This happened in December 2019, I immediately contacted Healthgrades and was told that they would not take it down bc he did not make threats or use foul language. More importantly, I have not practiced as a dental hygienist since the pandemic began, so I would appreciate if the review would finally be taken down. The reason why I am re-visiting this is because I do a different job in health care now and the review keeps popping up and I believe that it is negatively affecting potential opportunities.

      Dear BBB,I'm seeking your assistance to take a bad review down on the Heathgrades website. In April of 2022, Healthgrades removed an anonymous negative review of my Mental Health practice at my request (see attachment). The negative review reappeared at the end of 2022 and I again appealed to Healthgrades to remove this anonymous negative renew but this time Healthgrade did not respond. I have contacted Healthgrades multiple times over the past weeks but still have to receive an acknowledgment they received my request or see the anonymous negative review taken down. Healthgrades has no contact number, no customer support number, the only way to reach Healthgrades is through filing a support ticket. Some more background, when I contacted Healthgrades in April 2022 I was advised by Healthgrades review compliance that no future review could be published. As a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist I take patient reviews very seriously and I'm certain the person who is leaving me a negative review on Healthgrade is not a client of mine. Due to therapist and client confidentiality I cannot provide more details or respond with a comment on the site.       I am the healthcare provider which the Company Healthgrades publicizes on their webpages. The published information is wrong, and I have attempted 3 or 4 times on the internet to contact Healthgrades's employees to no avail. They don't have a phone number to contact and they have not answered my email. Healthgrades publishes that I am working at ********************* which has not been correct for the past 4 months. The published info with the wrong office address and phone number is causing patients not to be able to locate where I am. No one had permission to hijack my profile and especially to the point that I cannot even correct my own profile.
