  I spoke to 5 different companies who purchase homes and ClearSale was the one that I trusted to work with on the sale of my property. From the very beginning, everything about their process was explained clearly, and everyone I worked with was professional and courteous (...something I cannot say about a couple of the other companies I spoke to). The acquisition manager who came to meet me in person, ****, did a great job of explaining how everything worked and made me an offer that was very fair and higher than the other offers I received. The entire process was simple and stress-free and I would highly recommend ClearSale to anyone.

  I had been dealing with other cash buyers and didnt feel like they were honest. I called Clearsale and spoke to ******. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. She put me on the phone with **** and he explained everything to me and started answering all my questions from the start. **** was very polite, knowledgeable, and super respectful. I felt the difference between all the other companies and yours immediately. He explained everything step by step and took all my stress away about selling with a cash buyer. Every time I called he answered. Everything went exactly as he said it would. I am very pleased with my experience with Clearsale and would highly recommend to my friends.

  I have never used a cash buyer to sell my home before and didnt really know much about the process. Right from the 1st call in speaking to **** he put my mind at ease. He explained their process from beginning to end. He answered all my questions and was very personable and listened to all my concerns. We shared some great military and family stories. He was very easy to talk to. My situation was a bit unusual and had some unforeseen personal obstacles. All of which were taken care of. When I got pushback from the VA for our new home even the President of Clearsale jumped in to assist in working with the VA to ensure we didnt lose our new home. I appreciate all of the time and effort that Clearsale put in to make this simple and put us all at ease. I highly recommend using Clearsale if you are looking to sell your home quick and get a fair deal.

  Working with ClearSale has been an excellent experience. I especially enjoyed working with ************, who helped me through the process. **** was also very helpful. From my first contact with ***** to close, was about a month. I would recommend this company to my friends.

  I was very happy that I decided to sell my home to **** with Clearsale. I was hoping that I would get a reliable and honest buyer and was really wanting to pick my own closing date, **** pointed out some nice features that he felt would really emphasize my homes value. He factored in all of that and offered me a fair price just like he said he would. He was very thorough in his presentation and so very respectful. When he went through the picture process he was very respectful of my property as well as respecting my privacy. I was very pleased that he walked me through the whole process to include how they arrived at my offer price. **** even attended my closing to make sure I was taken care of through to the final step. It was easy for me to make a decision with all of the information that he provided me. This was stress free and Clearsale was very flexible with my needs. They were able to get the deal done even during these challenging times with this crazy market. There weren't any surprise's with the closing numbers and it went exactly as **** said it would. I would highly recommend my friends to call Clearsale to sell their property and especially to ask for Mr. *****

  Clearsale was great to work with. They came out, and a few days later gave me a cash offer. I needed 4 weeks to close and got to leave all my junk behind, which was probably the best, as I am disabled, and I could no longer take care of my house. *******************
