  We contacted several companies when we were exploring options to sell our home directly. Of all the companies we spoke to, we felt that ClearSale, and their acquisition agent ****, were the most up-front and honest about their entire process. The entire process was easy and stress-free and everything happened exactly as **** said it would. We would highly recommend ClearSale to anyone looking for an easy and fair sale process.

  We really didnt know anything about cash offers and were very hesitant. Once we spoke to ****, we found that he was very easy to talk to. He explained the whole process in detail. He was very understanding of our unusual situation and offered us various options. We were against using a realtor due to time constraints and the fear in not knowing when or if it would even sell? We also hated the idea of having a lot of strangers walking through our property for multiple showings. The whole cash offer process was so much easier than we thought. Not only was I able to choose my close date, I was able to change it to match my POD pick up day. I was very pleased with my experience with **** and with Clearsale. **** was very thorough and to our surprise he offered us a fair price for our property. **** stayed with us from the initial call right up until closing. **** even helped us pack up to help us be out on time. Everything went exactly as explained with absolutely no surprises. We had the closing at our property and it was super quick. We were paid exactly what he said we would get. I will refer them to my friends and to anyone that needs a fair offer fast. This is a quality company.

  I contacted ClearSale to sell a rental property that I had owned for years. I no longer wanted to deal with the upkeep of the property and was looking for an easy sale process. After my initial call to ClearSale, an appointment was set for me to meet with the Acquisition Manager, ****. **** came to the property and we talked at length about how their process works. At one point **** asked me if there was a certain price I was looking to get for the property, and much to my surprise, he told me that he would be offering me more than that...and he did...actually quite a lot more than I said I wanted for the property. I truly appreciated his honesty and the time he took to answer my questions. Working with ClearSale has been a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a fair and easy sale process.

  My husband, *****, was contacted by your firm on Feb. 7, 2023, inquiring about our home. ***** responded that we valued our home at $360,00 but would consider $345,000. He received a message back, indicating a team member would reach out if they could meet or beat those terms. On Mon., ***** came to our home & took pictures of the house while discussing the condition of homenewer **************** door, new windows, etc. & items needing updating. ***** said that we would sell our home for $335,000 & ***** indicated it was a fair price. Assured the offer was legitimate, ***** set a follow-up meeting w/ ***** on Feb. 19, 2023.***** came to our home & asked if we had questions. I asked ***** if the offer of $335,000 was free of all costs. Right away, ***** told me that the offer was for $235,000a full $100,000 less than he had agreed to on Monday. This is where ***** started feeding us a line, indicating that comps didnt support the agreed upon amount.Firstly, your agency reached out to us, not the other way around. Secondly, ***** had several talks with both the initial contact & with *****, indicating what price we would accept. $335,000 was agreed to on Mon. & rescinded on Sat. Using bait and switch tactics, is not only unprofessional but is also dishonest. I feel sorry for people that are in a desperate situation, when companies like yours are allowed to prey on them. I hope this level of dishonesty is not indicative of what kind of company you are & the values you represent. I would not recommend your services to anyone. When called out on the offer difference, ***** was indifferent, told us that he had a long day & had just sold a house. We can't change what transpired with us but can caution people to be wary of using your company & to get everything in writingeven the initial offer. I realize that your company is for-profit but, when it is at the expense of being honest & taking advantage of people, it is at extremely poor taste.

  I contacted ClearSale following an experience I had with another buyer. I had the property under contract with that buyer, but they backed out of the deal just before closing. Following the initial call to ClearSale, their Acquisition Manager, ****, came to the property to meet with me. He explained their entire process and looked at the house. I received a very fair offer from ClearSale, signed a purchase agreement and the entire process went exactly as **** had explained that it would. In addition, we were in need of a rental property, and ClearSale connected me with their Property Manager, ******, who went above and beyond anything that could be expected in helping us find a suitable rental. She truly was fantastic. The sale closed at the agreed-upon price and on the scheduled closing date with no issues at all. I would highly recommend ClearSale to anyone looking for an easy and stress-free sale process.

  I contacted ClearSale along with 2 other local home buying companies when I needed to sell a property as part of an estate. I met with all 3 companies and received offers from them. The Acquisition Manager from ClearSale, ****, did an excellent job of explaining their process and everything happened as I was told it would. ClearSale's offer was the highest of the 3 companies, and since I trusted that they would be able to get the sale done as agreed, I signed a contract with them. Everything was efficient and the fact that I could leave items in the house and they would remove them without a charge was a big plus. ClearSale was excellent to work with and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a fair and easy sales process.

  Our experience working with Clearsale has been a very positive one. We had initially contacted Opendoor but after speaking to both companies, we felt that working with Clearsale was the better option for us. Our initial contact was with ******* and she was very polite and professional. After that, we met with the Acquisition Manager, ****, who came out to our property. At that time, he sat down with us to explain their process and to look at the house. Because our house was overall in good condition, **** was up-front and suggested to us that listing with an agent was an option we should explore. In the end, we decided that the cash sale was a better solution for our situation. Clearsale made the process easy from start to finish and we would recommend them anyone looking for a simplified sale process.
