    Terrible company. RUN do not walk away! Gave me a quote. Pressured me into signing contract. Didnt show up on date they said and then didnt show up until late evening the next day so I had to beg my landlord to stay an extra day. When they arrived they said it was going to be over double what I was quoted. They know they have you at that point and you are forced to bend over and take it. Its a total scam. Every single one of my boxes arrived beaten to death. Many items were completely broken and just had to be trashed. I was COMPLETELY IGNORED by ******* the manager when I called 20 times to get answers on things. He is a scammer and a coward. My $2600 move ended up costing $6400 (oh yeah they charged more to deliver because my road isnt 18 ******* compatible). scam scam scam!!!

    ********** lied to me about the cancellation policy and stole my money, for a service I did not receive. I asked him directly what the cancellation policy was and he told me I would receive a full refund of my deposit as long as I cancelled more than 7 days before my move. When I tried to cancel, he yelled at me and blocked my number. I still have not gotten a refund. **************** cited a cancellation policy that was not disclosed or agreed upon and refuses to provide any resolution. Fraudulent and criminal activity.

    This company is a scam. The increased our price 2 times saying we didnt have enough space for what we paid when we were told at the beginning they could take everything on our list for the quoted price. They said 5-21 business days for delivery. They picked up on March 27, and today is April 29 and we still do not have our furniture and household goods. We have not been updated on any tracking information as to where our possessions are or delivery dates. I now consider my possessions lost or stolen, and will be reporting them to BBB and Attorney General along with pressing charges for a scam operation.

    my daughter moved from ** to CA from a one-bedroom apt. She was given an estimate for $3123.00 Upon arriving they told her she had much more inventory than she estimate. She had counted every box and recorded it on the inventory sheet. They demanded and additional $3254.00 in a ******** check. She was told she could use her credit card. She also had to pay $389.00 deposit. They ended up not taking 2 large car seats and a animinal cage that was listed on the inventory.During the 13 day wait for goods she received a call from **************** that the truck was abondended in a motle parking lot and reported stolen.Eventually they showed up in CA demannding another $1700.00. The bill of lading was completely illegible so you cannot decern any of the charges.She is also missing a $500 rug and a bookcase.

    DO NOT USE THIS BROKER!! Everything they tell you is a lie!! They got me good! Gave me a great estimate on a state to state move, had me put down an $1100 payment. Told me I would have 2 more payments 1 at pick up and 1 at final delivery. They NEVER disclosed that they were a broker and never sent any relative paperwork. They sent our move to Blue Diamond movers, also known as Logistics movers, who have held our stuff for ****** for a month so far. Stay away from this broker or you will be sorry!!

    A team of pros showed up on time and packed everything up real well. Delicate stuff got *************** treatment and was packed into special boxes. They even took apart the bigger furniture, making it easier to move.
