  Top Moving Solutions sub contracted move to ****************. Clearly the most incompetent Organization Ive ever seen. ***** and ****** combined of **************** dont possess adequate intelligence to even lie well. Ive been forced to go to the CA agency which regulates movers; ********** ****** of ********* Goods and Services. Do NOT any circumstances accept text messages as a method of originating, editing or acknowledgements. Perform business only over printable internet documents, better still dont waste your time, unless you need to experience existence based performance with entertaining excuses. After 2 months still not delivered BTW ************************* ...********* is not that far away.

  Warning Warning Warning - Do not use Top Moving Solutions aka Real Movers LLC, aka Moving Solutions, aka DCZ Logistics LLc, They will scam you, not give you a delivery date or time slot, they with threaten to place your things in storage and auction your things off. All of the negative reviews are FACTS, it appears that this company has a bad history of Scamming their clients. This was such a nightmare moving experience. Lastly, the positive reviews are made from company employees, I am almost for certain.

  This company is terrible. Absolutely scams you out of your money. I payed a deposit of $2700 and shortly after had to cancel my move. I'm still being actively ghosted and **** from their customer support, who appears to be their only customer support, blows it off like its no big deal. "Just be patient, it takes some time." It's been a month and a half since I've canceled and cannot get any information on my return because they're trying to straight up steal my money. When cancelling they said I'd recieve a cancellation check through the mail. Should've been the first flag when the payment was directly from my bank account. Stay away and tell your friends!!

  Run. Run fast! I would not use them .you have no idea who you are going to deal with and will be disappointed beyond words in my opinion. Many other reputable companies out there.

  Do not hire Top Moving Solutions, *******, ********. They are working a scam with another company IMO... They take your money and then sell your contract to another company. The new company demands more money and threatens to sell your belongings. As of this writing, I've yet to received my belongings , not sure if I will ever see them? I've turned them into the BBB and the **************** ************************ to be investigated... Folks, you've been warned...

  If I could give 0 stars, I would. 1 star will ONLY go to 1 of the 2 guys that moved my stuff from ******** to *****. The entire experience was a nightmare, just like I read in all bad mover reviews. My quote was for a small 1 bedroom apt. We reviewed all of my belongings and I was quoted for 350 cubic feet. All other quotes I received was around 500, so I made them increase my footage another 100 feet. My total quote was about $2800 with the additional footage. Hindsight, that shouldve been a red flag. I paid a $1200 deposit that went toward the entire bill. The day the movers came, I paid 70% of the remaining balance, about another $1200. TIP: PAY ATTN TO HOW THEY LOAD THE ******* Rather than putting some of my larger furniture in first, so they could pack around it, all my boxes were put in first. My larger furniture was put in last, haphazardly, so there was a TON of open space around everything, they threw my mattresses in last. When they were done, they proceeded to tell me that I was OVER by 200 cubic feet. 200! When they originally tried to quote me 350!? This resulted in an additional $1100 that I had to pay. When I called to speak to the company, they told me my options were to pay it or they could take out the additional items. What was I supposed to do? Rent another truck? They would not allow us to pull anything out and try to rearrange, which wouldve solved the problem. How can they MIS-QUOTE the size of the move by almost 50%?!Also, 1 of the 2 guys loading my truck was extremely careless with my stuff, scratching and breaking things. This company is a SCAM. They GROSSLY low ball the quote to gain your business, and then charge 50% more when they have your stuff. Even worse, I know for a fact that 500 cubit feet is not that far off, as I had multiple movers come to my apartment and physically see what I had, and gave me roughly the same footage. Half of the problem was the way it was loaded onto the truck with a ton of open space.DO NOT USE!
