We are getting non-stop calls from NTHERM.The **** on the phone are demanding and rude and refuse to follow even basic etiquette. They refuse to acknowledge that I am asking them to not call again I simply ask:"would you please acknowledge that you hear me asking you to stop calling" and they just refuse to answer.They leave constant voicemails, even two already today. They attempt to make you feel that if you do not listen to them or interact with them your energy supply may be cutoff.This company is a problem.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:I have already taken these steps with NTHERM and NTHERM has either refused to acknowledge them or just flat out ignored them.
I have no faith in the response from NTHERM saying that they will stop. If NTHERM was interested in stopping then they would have stopped the first several times I asked as opposed to continuing to call multiple times a day and refusing to acknowledge that they hear me saying "I do not wish to be contacted by your company again"

***** Chamuzski from ext 7803 called our business numerous times within minutes. Each time she proceeded to argue the office staff when she was not able to get to speak to the owner of the business. The office staff She was told that she could email any information that she needed. She declined. She asked to speak with a manager and when told they were not available she stated that she would hold. She was told again, "They are not available", she again sated that she would hold. This happened several times as the office staff continued to tell her no one was available. Once that conversation ended, she immediately called back and when through a similar scenario with another office staff. She actually gave this person her name and contact number.Upon my return, I called *****, I informed her of my name and position. She then asked me to get our gas bill to discuss our rates, I explained that we were not interested. She said that it was not that type of call, She said, " I am sure you receive multiple marketing calls per day, but this is not that type of call." I again informed her that we were not interested. At that point she told me that I can not make decisions for the owner. I informed again that I am the Operations Manager and that I do have the authority to make such calls in regards to the company. She tried to talk over me and began yelling. I ask to speak to her supervisor and she sure and then proceeded to say they are on another call. I ask her if the call was being recorded and she told it was. I then said, " Good, I am the operations manager and have the authority to make the decision that we will not be doing business with Ntherm and we are not interested in their service, take us off your list.Business Response

This company continues to call and harass us on a daily basis even after being told that 1) the franchise owners are not in regularly enough to just be called up and have a chat, 2) They have expressed directly to agents that we are not interested in their service and to stop calling. Sometimes we get a brief ***rieve after this but the next season they're calling again. We can ignore the call and let it go to voicemail and they'll immediately call back. I've picked up the phone and hung up immediately. I've picked up the phone and put them on hold indefinitely. They will not. stop. And it's a different sales *** almost every single day they're calling, so no one ever remembers us telling them to leave us alone. I signed all of our store numbers up for the no-call list last year, no difference. I sent a fax today, 3/28/25 requesting no further contact once again, after being called three times back to back while helping customers in the store. I keep receiving calls from NTherm for the past week or so even after specifically advising them I am not interested in their claimed "Rebate" I am due from them for our energy company. The caller ID always lists a local number with no name and they ask for info from our utility bills and are willing to hold. Upon saying you are "Not Interested" they become VERY aggressive and say you cannot call your energy company about this the rebate has to be done thru this supplier not who provided it to you. This is harassment and I want the calls to stop immediately.Business Response

I get calls from NTherm ALL THE TIME! The caller ID always lists a nearby town, not the company name. In the past they have asked for info from our utility bills but I knew it was a scam. I say "Not Interested" and attempt to hang up and they get quite aggressive. I asked them to email me more info so I can do my research and they say I already have all the info I need. NTherm - Please remove us from your call list. I have instructed everyone here to keep hanging up on you anyway.Business Response

We operate a business that uses ****** for our natural gas services. We have been contacted via telephone by nTherm repeatedly regarding switching to their company to supply gas. We have requested to be removed from their calling list with no success. The individuals that are calling do not accept a polite decline, they continue to argue and speak over whoever they are talking to. The only way to end the call is to hang up, only to have them call right back and say they were disconnected accidentally. The most recent call on 3/11/2025, I informed the woman "I am hanging up now", to which she called right back and said we must have been disconnected. This is harassment and as a business owner I would never operate in this manner. I want to be removed from this company's call list or I will continue to report this as harassment. *** ***** has called multiple times, using an aggressive tone every time I ask him to take us off the call list. This has now become harassment especially when he deliberately says "no" to our request, then simply hangs up before we can acquire a manager / supervisor of his. His phone etiquette and behavior is simply unacceptable. We do not want our telephone on this companies call list because of this behavior and harassment. This is getting out of hand with how many times he has called us and has spoken to me, and other employees here especially with that rude aggressive behavior.
