    The selection process was easy and informative between several POC's. ***** explained some of the differences between them for me to assist in my selection of the **** ****** pressure....I'll be glad to recommend LPT Medical to anyone.

    ****** went to great lengths to help me find the right oxygen machine for my mother and at a price we could afford. He really care about helping us. We live on a low budget but my mom really needed this so she could get out of the house. ****** gets 5+ stars from us.

    Talked with ***************** about my respiratory needs, wants and insurance issues. He gave me correct and complete information, Made the decision a few days later that this unit was what I needed. Ordered it and the Arya arrived early. It was easy to set up and operate. Then I needed a good fitting backpack and ***** was very helpful with choosing that also. It fit perfectly and I have been using the *** with the backpack. Thanks *****! May our contact continue to be so positive.

    I purchased a portable oxygen concentrator from LPT Medical. The sales person assured me that my insurance will pay at least 80% of it. I even gave the sales person my health insurance ID number and their phone number. He assured me that he called them and confirmed that they will reimburse me for the oxygen concentrator. All that was a lie and my insurance did not pay anything on it. After several hours on the phone with my insurance company and many appeals, they stated they do not pay for this type of oxygen concentrator. Now I am out $2500. Apparently they will say anything to make the sale. DO NOT buy anything from them.

    This company stinks. Sent in machine 4 repair while under warranty, still has 2 pay over $300 back on Oct 19, ****. Still no answer about when I can expect repaired machine back. Been 3 months. When I call (many times) I get run around. Don't use this company. I'm thinking of suing thru small claims.
