    Ordering & delivery was quick. These pillows were pricey yet only a quarter of the way stuffed. Spent over $100 for 2 pillows and cases and I'm highly disappointed.

    Very poor customer service!!!! Tried to return 2 standard pillow protectors. Per their website and instructions to go through their website. All I ever received was and automated response. They make it seem by creating an account on their website will help with getting a return label to send things back. It doesn't!!!! Just tells you to email them to get a return label and you get yet another automated response!!!! I will never recommend this company or website to anyone ever!!!!

That is where the confusion was with the auto reply about processing returns and exchanges. We have refunded you back for your pillow protectors and you will see that refund in ***** hours.
