    Pillow was much firmer and fluffier than I wanted but I kept it to put on an extra bed. The pillow is made very nice and appears to be high quality. Was looking for a Dream Surrender Two and the description said this Dream Surrender Firm pillow replaces it. Unfortunately for me, its not the same pillow. Will rate it 5 stars only because of pillow quality if some one is looking for a fluffy, firm pillow made well.

    This pillow has a very bad odor. I followed your recommendation to let it off gas a bit before using and waited two weeks. But it still has a very strong and very bad odor. Because of this odor I slept poorly and ended up with a sinus infection. Will need to return this pillow as soon as possible.Very disappointed.

    They sent the wrong brand of feather pillow and the wrong sized pillow, but sent the pillow cover as ordered, which of course did not fit the wrong-sized pillow sent. I returned it all. Not sure if I have received a refund because "pillows.com" didn't show up on my credit card as a charge so I wouldn't recognize the refund either. It would have been nice if they acknowleged receiving the return and had told me that the refund was issued. However, the customer service reps were VERY nice and they answered my complaint promptly. I'm sure that this is a good company to deal with normally, but I'll save myself the aggravation next time and order from someone else.

We can confirm we shipped you the correct items and sizes because we got your return box back on 10/11/22. Perhaps you believed the size JUMBO 20x28 to be a bigger pillow like a king size.     Love!! I stayed at ***** **** and loved their pillows so I looked to see where they get them, Pillows.com. Im so happy I found them! Ive been on a best pillow **** for years and wasting money on pillows that I hate. I will be buying more for our guest room.

    Ordered 4 firm pillows with covers, as my husband was on a business trip and his hotel carried these. We havent slept this well in a while. No more neck aches. Would order again.

    The pillows were not what I expected. They had my neck and shoulder hurting within two days of use. I contacted Pillows and explained this to them. ***** was very helpful and recommended a different pillow. I went ahead and did an exchange and are now waiting on these pillows to arrive. I truly hope they work as they have a 5-star rating. If not, I will be doing another exchange, which I hope Pillows will allow. The exchange process was fairly easy, though I would have preferred to talk to someone, as this was all thru email. It should not be advertised to call someone when you are instructed to do this thru email.
