      Bad experience, They came to my house and said there was a storm and I could claim for a new roof for my insurance. He even called another person from the company to confirm there was a storm here. I signed the paperwork with Interstate Roofing on 5/21/2025. They do the claim and the insurance declined saying there was no storm in my area (I know there was one) so I called the *** here in ************* on Friday 06/13 and he said to send him to response of the insurance company and they will provide them the proof that there was a storm. Sent the info and texted the *** to be sure he received the email on 6/17, 6/18 and today 6/24 but he disappeared, ghosting me it seems. Giving a 2 stars because of the good process at first but the follow up is not good so far. I will change this later if they take care of me.

      *** **** ******* was incredible from his introduction, to listening and addressing our needs, to the assistance with insurance to their impeccable execution. I’m usually skeptical about contractors, but Ryan is a solid guy. You can feel comfortable that he has your best interests in hand.

      ***** worked with our insurance adjuster to get the most we could out of our hail claim. He worked diligently to get our roof, siding, windows and exterior paint all replaced. We never expected to get half of the items covered but he made sure it did. Our house looks like a new home now and we are so happy with how everything turned out.

      RRyan with Interstate Roofing inspected our roof for damage. He was very detailed and professional. He stated we did not need a replacement at this time. We are pleased to have worked with someone who is honest and transparent. We certainly will be calling him if the need arises in the future!

      I worked with *****. He contacted the insurance and handled the entire job: roof, paint, windows. Everything coordinated, communicated, completed and cleaned. He even came with a magnet to pick up errant roofing nails. Easy to work with and professional. Repeatedly provided roofing samples until we made a decision. Highly recommended.

      I highly recommend Interstate Roofing. They were amazing through the entire insurance claim process, and they handled our gutters and painting in addition to the new roof. Quality people and clearly a quality organization.

      ***** ********* is an outstanding advocate for the customer, who works incredibly hard to ensure the customer receives the best service with a quality product. He is well respected and established with insurance companies, inspectors and industry trades. ***** is very honest, straight forward, helpful, and tremendously attentive. He kept in contact throughout the entire process- patiently explaining each step, and offering ideas and solutions, when needed. The roof replacement went seamlessly, and the finished product is top notch! Clean up around the house was stellar- and the roofing team finished in one, long day. (for them!)       Having never navigated a roofing claim before, RRyan made it seamless and easy. Truly, there wasn't any "navigating" for me, he worked directly with my insurance and kept me in the loop the whole way. His team came in and replaced the roof in one day and the gutters were done in a few hours on another day. It was painless and we're stoked to have a new roof!
