    Sent them a pair of boot to be refurbished. Been a year and no boots, no contact. Read on Yelp that many people have had this happen. Looking to get my money or boots back.

    In September 2023 I dropped 2 pair of Fluevog men’s leather shoes off for repair. One pair had a repair estimate of 2-4 weeks, one pair was estimated to take 3 months. I contacted Allan Trushkov in December 2023 and was told both pairs were still in backlog and would be worked in 2 weeks. Since January 2024 all attempts to contact the business have been unsuccessful.

    I would like my shoes returned.

    I dropped off a pair of shoes in September to be repaired and they weren’t ready when I went back in October. I live in Durango and come up to visit family every so often. They assured me it was fine to leave them until I was back. They had my cell phone and we even talked about mailing them. I went in today, March 25th, and there was a sign on the door that they had moved but did not offer any information but an incorrect website. Is there anyway to contact them to retrieve my shoes? Are we supposed to file a report with the police? Thank you.

    I shipped my shoes to cobblers plus to have sole serviced the owner *************************** has kept my shoes along with dozens of other peoples shoes and shut his business down stealing everyone items! I spoke with his mom and she said all these items are stored in a storage unit! I have made multiple attempts to reach out to him and have gotten no response! I have contacted his wife ***************************** ************** and his mother **** **************! He is getting items mailed to a different address which we found out it was a *** store in ****** ** P.O. Box! ******************************************************************************************** My shoes are authentic ************************************* size 40 escapic spike 100 mm red sole pump doudou/ gold rose! Value at $1,000!I have contacted ****** ** pd and ****** ** pd! Im also contacting the attorney general! He has scammed so many people that I have met through fb! Please help!!!!

    Sent in my very rare boots to get a resole and they closed shop and moved and there is no way to contact them. I just want my boots back please. They are irreplaceable.

    - Transaction Date - 12.19.23
    - I paid $240.00 to Cobblers Plus
    - Cobblers Plus was paid to resole my Lucchese boots
    - Allen, owner of Cobblers Plus, said it would take five weeks to have my boots resoled. Allen, nor anyone at Cobblers Plus will return phone calls or emails. There was a sign on the Birch St location that said they are moving and to check Cobblers Plus website. Google now indicates the business is closed. There is no longer a website. Cobblers Plus has stolen my boots.
    - Cobblers Plus has not tried to resolve this issue. They will not return phone calls or email.
    - I have a copy of the receipt and a copy of the credit card transaction.
    - The boots are valued at $700. Service was $240. I'm owed $940.00 if service and or boots are not returned.
    - I tried to file a Police Report with Denver Police Department, the officer told be that this was a civil issue and that I needed to file with the BBB.

    11/10/2023, I paid $135 for my boots to be re-soled. I was told four weeks. I called five weeks later and they said one more week. Then, they put a sign on the door saying in the process of moving and to check the website. The phone number was not working. I emailed and sent a cht via the website and got a story about trying to find a place to move. Then the website went down. I never got my boots back nor a refund.

    In the winter of 2022, I took 3 pairs of shoes to Cobblers Plus to be re-soled; I paid the total for the repairs (over $400). I was told it would take about 4 weeks and that they would call me when the repairs were done. I never heard from them so after about two months, I called and was told just 2 pairs were done, so I went and picked up those 2 pairs. I was told that the soles for the third pair had not yet arrived and that it would be a few more months (no explanation why) but that they would call when the soles arrived to give me a better sense of when the shoes would be done. I figured that the soles I was seeking were unusual, so I was willing to wait. Well over a year goes by and I never hear from them; I've since taken a new job that is not in Denver, so I'm not able to just swing by the storefront. Finally, in March 2024 I knew I would be heading to Denver for a few days and would be able to pick up my shoes, so I reached out to Cobblers Plus but no one answered the phone, online reviews on Yelp and Google and Facebook say that the store has just up and closed without returning anyone's shoes.
    Basically, they took my money, never finished re-soling my shoes, never contacted me about them, and now have disappeared and won't respond to any of my efforts to contact them and get my shoes or money back.

    Dropped boots off for resole 22 November 2023. Paid $170 in advance. They said boots would be ready in January. Called multiple times to check status. Phone was never answered. Drove over and it was completely empty with a sign to check website. Website had no information on how to recover boots other than claiming they would mail them out. 3/2/24 still no communication, and I am out of the cost of the boots and the repair. Essentially my boots have been stolen.

    I dropped off a pair of shoes back in December 2023 for a small repair. This repair was quoted as $40 and I paid upfront. They told me it would be ready in a couple of weeks, but when I went back in January, the store was gone. There was a sign saying that they were in the process of moving and to check their website, but there were no updates and now the website doesn't work. The business has essentially disappeared and there is no method of contact.
