I ordered and paid for a full year subscription of a monthly box subscription. I received three total boxes and they were filled with repeats of the same stuff month to month. They didnt respond to any correspondence concerning duplicates and gave no notice when they stopped sending the boxes all together. I require an apology and refund!Initial Complaint

I discovered Gods glory box several years ago, and based on their Christian ********* I paid for a one year subscription. I was very pleased, so when it came time to renew, I Purchased a lifetime subscription for $500.00. Months later, I stopped receiving my monthly boxes, and made several attempts to contact the company. *** sent numerous emails, called the business phone number numerous times, contacted them on ******** messenger, and even wrote a letter; all with no response from this company, or any employee therein. Their website has been completely shut down, and now are those of us who were faithful are now left out in the cold, minus our hard earned money. $500 is a lot of money for anyone, especially now, and my desire is to receive it a full refund for the lifetime subscription only. This company apparently notified NONE of its loyal and faithful customers of its failing, and simply stopped sending products paid for in advance, and disappeared into thin air. With what I assume was tens of thousands of our dollars! As I file this complaint, I do not have access to a receipt, contract, or pictures, as none were EVER provided to me, and quite frankly, I dont remember if I paid using PayPal, or a credit card. I will be locating my original purchase transaction in the coming days, and will add my proof of purchase to this complaint once I do.Initial Complaint

My husband ordered a monthly lifetime subscription to receive a box every month from this company and there have been no boxes for several months. No explanation, no reply to email, no answer or correspondence whatsoever. I am very disappointed as this was a ********* based company and it was to be supporting other ********* companies. I would like an explanation as to why it has stopped and maybe even some kind of apology to my husband for the $500 spent.Initial Complaint

I paid over $1000 for a lifetime membership to receive boxes of hope from this company and they stopped sending them only after a couple of months. I have attempted to call and email and there is no way to get a hold of anyone; I feel I've been robbed.Initial Complaint

I initially signed up for a 12 month subscription and everything was fine so after the year was up I renewed for another year. I received a couple more boxes and then they stopped sending them. I have since moved from the address that the boxes were being sent to. Id like to be refunded the money spent but Im not holding my breath.Initial Complaint

I had been a long-time customer of ******************** for a couple of years and enjoyed receiving the monthly subscription box. My subscription was about to end and the company had a half-off sale offering subscriptions at half price. I thought this was a great deal and because I enjoyed it so much, I decided to purchase the lifetime subscription. Since it was half off, I purchased a lifetime one for my sister.For both subscriptions, I paid $1,000. In less than 6 months the company suddenly stopped sending the boxes. You can no longer log into your account and even though there is a phone number you can find online, they do not call back. For them to offer lifetime subscriptions knowing that they would be stopping their delivery soon thereafter is so wrong! I feel like they offered this incredible price to convince people to sign up so they could take the money and run. They did not bother to contact any customers to notify them of anything. Due to the amount of money paid to them, it should be criminal activity and they should pay everyone back what they charged them.I will need to research my payment method to show when I paid them and how much, but I can provide that information to you when needed. Paid $144.00 for ONE year of service, which was to mail a Box of a varity of items with a Christian ************* was to run January * December 2022. Only received 4 boxes. Call repeatedly with no voice mail option. Said mail box was full. I emailed and sent messages to their chat system many times. I subscribed to a 6-month subscription to God's Glory Box in October 2021. The introductory box was great but all packages afterwards, when I did receive them, was a bunch of junk. I don't feel it was aligned to their description on their website, which no longer exists. I tried canceling my recurring subscription in March 2022 but they still charged the $162 for the next 6 months and then again in August 2022. I received one additional box after the March 2022 payment but no more after that. Since there is no longer a website, I don't know how to cancel my recurring subscription and I don't want to keep getting charged $162 every 6-months for no product. I have emailed them, but they do not reply.
