    I signed up for a ONE year subscription on 9/7/21. On 9/7/22 I receive a charge for $288 on my credit card for another year subscription. I went online & tried to cancel the subscription the same day but it shows pending cancellation and they will not respond to me. I have sent numerous emails and no one will respond. They stole $288 and they need to pay it back. I am not willing to let this go!!! They are a fraud and they are stealing peoples money. I also read in the *** section that if you cancel before they ship the first box in the subscription they will give you a full refund. BUT they wont allow you to cancel it online. All that it will give you the option of doing is changing it to pending cancellation but theyll never approve the cancellation bc theyd rather rob you. I never agreed than for more than a one year subscription but they used my card on file to sign me up without my consent. This should be ILLEGAL!!!!!!

    In June my membership was renewed for another year 288$. I received the August box and it did not contain the items promised. They actually sent me the same items from the previous month. I have not recieved my September box at all. I have contacted the company repeatedly through emails and written through messenger to cancel my subscription due to not receiving boxes some months and not receiving the items that are indicated in the first month of my subscription. I have not received any response. It even appears that they blocked me on ******** messenger, which is where the website instructs people to go to contact them. My cancellation is still pending after a month!

    Well this company had blocked me on ******** Messenger from communicating with them for assistance they never respond to an email I have emailed them three times regarding a situation in this situation they blocked me with that I say they don't even answer to a phone call as well I feel like that's highly rude and very disrespectful I've even called no answer no call back and no response to an email or to a letter I don't like being ignored I'm also special needs and I'm about ready to cancel my subscription permanently from this company can you take care of this I'm pretty sure I'm not the only person that they've done this to thanks a bunch I appreciate it.

    I signed up for Gods glory box for 1 year I didnt receive all the boxes then they renewed my subscription without my consent and took $288 out of my account I have sent an email twice and nobody has responded and there has been no refund

    In September 2021, I authorized ONE 12 month subscription to God's Glory Box for $144. On July 26, 2022, they automatically renewed my subscription without any notice & charged my credit card $288.00 (twice the amount of my original one year subscription). I did not authorize this & I have emailed the company several times with no response. I have also called my credit card company to file a dispute against this charge.In addition, I never received a box for ****** I contacted them and they were going to ship a replacement box but I never received it. I am very disappointed in the boxes. They advertise to get a T-shirt almost every month but in an entire year, I received only 2 shirts and some boxes were identical to past boxes.I have cancelled my subscription but I would like your assistance in getting a refund. Thank you!

    In February 2022, I decided to get one of the God's Glory Boxes to see what they were like and then decide on future purchases. The amount of $30 was withdrawn from my account. But I never received the box. The next month, same thing, money withdrawn but no box. I contacted ****** email and got a response from someone who told me that she couldn't find my account but would cancel anyway and would send me a complimentary box for my trouble. Fine, money $60 refunded, no box received. Then in May, there was another $30 withdrawal and, again, no box. I sent email requesting refund and removal from list. No response. In June, again, $30 withdrawn but no box. Email sent again. In July, $30 withdrawn and no box. I have sent 3 emails to GGB, the last one to the person that I had corresponded with back in March. No responses. At this point, they owe me $90.
