    On 11/27/21, I ordered a 12-month subscription to Gods Glory Box at the cost of $144. In December 2021, I received my first box. On 9/8/22, my credit card was charged $288 for an automatic renewal, which I didnt knowingly approve. That was **** weeks before my original subscription expired. Upon receiving notification that it had been renewed, I immediately logged in to my account and cancelled. Since that day (September 8), my account continues to say cancellation pending. However, my credit card was charged and processed. I have sent 3 separate form submissions using their contact us form on their website. I sent these on 9/12/22, 9/20/22, and 9/27/22. I have heard nothing in response. In each message, I made it abundantly clear that I do not want the renewed subscription, that I want the cancellation finalized, and that I want a full refund, since I havent received any boxes for the new subscription (and havent even finished my original 12 months). Honestly, I dont even care if they finish the first year; I just want to be done with them. On 9/28/22, I emailed the company at ********************************* I restated everything I had said in the first 3 contacts. No response. On 10/4/22, I located a phone number and called. A friendly message came on saying to leave a message, but then the voice mailbox was full. I then left 2 messages on ******** messenger, again asking for help with the cancellation and refund. I also wrote that I had found others online with almost identical stories as mine, including one who filed a complaint with the BBB. Still no response. It is imperative that this cancellation is final and that my $288 is refunded. It has been almost an entire month, including 3 website contacts, 1 email, 1 phone call, and 2 ******** Messenger messages on my part. I am stuck with debt and a bunch of boxes I dont want.

    I have been trying to cancel because I have not bee receiving my boxes. Back in April I got my mother in law a subscription and she has been receiving hers I want to cancel both subscription and a refund. For my boxes I have been trying to reach out and have not had any luck reaching out to you I am very disappointed in this

    I subscribed last year and quickly realized that GGB had overstated contents. I contacted GGB and requested that a renewal not be done. In the mean time, monthly boxes were not shipped and they ran the renewal 3 months earlier than last years subscription at 2x the price paid last year. GGB is a total scam!

    My subscription renewal was August 1st. I was charged the renewal $288 at the beginning of July. I followed the website instructions on how to cancel and get a refund and submitted that in July; I received confirmation that my submission was received. I no longer received the monthly boxes, but have not received a refund. I emailed again in early September; received confirmation that my submission was received. Still have yet to be contacted and have not gotten a refund.

    I was looking through my bank account and I saw where they had charged me a dollar for a subscription I guess to make sure my account was good I have never signed up with these people I tried to call them voicemail is full I've sent them messages on email and I've tried every single email I have to try to find out what my account information is and I cannot get anybody to call me back they best not charge my account for anything else can you please help me

    Transaction date was 09/08/2022, my bank account was charged ****** for a renewal, but I had sent a request to cancel it prior to that date. I told them I was not satisfied with their product, they sent a lot of cheap stuff, plus I got the same items the following month. My subscription still says pending cancellation and I returned the latest box to them when they continued to send it. I left messages in the phone multiple times, and emails, but no one has ever gotten back to me! Now the mailbox is full, and you cant leave a message. I just want my full ****** refund, please

    9/26//2022. I was in the shower and heard my notification for my bank card. $5 was taken out 4 times totaling $20. I did not authorize any charges. I dont know who Gods Blessing Box is or how they got my information. I paused my card. This is not right. I work hard for my money to have people stealing from me.

    I received a charge on my card of ****** on 8/25/22 for subscription renewal. I immediately logged on my account and cancelled my subscription for the Oct 5 2022-2023 annual subscription. As of today I have not received a refund. On 9/03 and 9/13 I emailed the company and have yet to receive a response to my inquires. The status of my account states cancellation pending.

    God's Glory Box has not provided product promised, responded to complaints, or refunded monies collected for missing goods. My September box has not been delivered, and my complaints and request for refunds have been ignored. I have also requested a refund for the upcoming October box. I have had nothing but issues since April with missing boxes and lack of communication. I allowed them to extend my membership to make up for missing boxes. Those boxes are not being delivered either. All previous responses have come through ******** messenger. They have never responded via email. Now their ******** page has been taken down, and there is NO communication. Their ******** page was a way for all of us customers to discuss issues and provide information to each other (since we were not receiving anything from the company). Now it is gone and we are left with nothing. I would just like my money refunded for September and October and be done with this. My subscription is set to cancel at the end of October.
