My shed is only three years old, and when I opened the door yesterday it fell completely off the shed. Every single hinge fastener was broken off.The same thing happened to my neighbor, who also has a tuff shed.I guess they dont build them like they used to. I dont have the skills to repair this which is why I bought a tuff shed to begin with.

We bought our Tuff Shed in 2017. We live in a high wind area and every year we have problems with the shingles on it coming off. Tuff Shed has always come out and repaired it. Now that its out of warranty it our problem and they want us to pay $250. I disagree. If they had put the shingles on correctly we wouldnt have this problem. I have recommended Tuff shed to friends and family because of how happy with them I was, not any more. Sorry Tuff Shed you lost a customer and I will never recommend ******************** to anyone ever again.Tuff Shed, Inc.

1 starShould be "Tuff Luck Shed!!!"I almost don't need to leave a review after reading the negative and oh-so-true reviews posted here the last few months.This company is utterly dysfunctional. Paid for an already constructed shed at our local *********** All they needed to do was get it delivered. Hard to believe but 5 months later, multiple phone calls, emails, etc., I STILL did not have the purchased shed which was sitting at the ********** 11 1/2 miles away. Feel like they have people on staff whose primary (maybe only) job is to make excuses. At the 5 month ***** I made the decision I should have made many months earlier. Canceled the delivery and have felt better about myself ever since. There must be some positive reviews for Tuff Shed but I'd find them hard to believe based on my experience!Life is too short to have it screwed around with by "Tuff Luck Shed!"Review fromAaron S

1 starDo not buy a tuffshed you will not get what you ordered and they will not install it when scheduled or properly. The wrong sized boards were installed, the doors dont shut right ,When there is a problem they will not answer or return your calls. They are just terrible. And if ordered through ********** they will not help either. I should have just tried to build it myself.Review fromSS G

1 starWould be 0 but wouldn't let me..The worse company I've ever dealt with. It's been 5 months and 5 payments later and nothing done. Not even them coming out to mark off area. 1st they said pulling the permit. Then month later no permit. Then permit under review. Then found out they never pulled permit. Now need a slab that I have to ************ they need engineer drawing of slab first. It's one thing after another with this company. Make things worse paid someone to empty and tear down old shed when I bought their shed because they needed the area cleared. So now all my stuff has been outside for months and spending more money because of tarps.DON'T EVER USE THIS COMPANY..give update once anything has been done.Review fromCari J

1 star***********************! Never spend a ***** with this incompetent company!We purchased a shed from Tough Shed through ********** back in August. After several months of poor customer service We just received delivery of the shed on December 18 they brought it on a giant flatbed truck which of course could not move to the back of the yard, and they dropped it off on the side of my house and did not install it in the location as promised. Now they are saying there's no way to get it in back and they are trying to pick it up without my permission. Rent a skidster, bobcat, put it on rollers and pull it? YOU INSTALL SHEDS FOR A LIVING!! 2 starsThese guys are total knuckleheads. My shed came quickly and was built and installed quickly, but more than half the nails missed the studs and my shed leaks when it rains. Contractors are nice guys, but man they really **** at building.. Far as the paint goes, i agreed to have them put on one coat of paint, while i would add the second coat. Well they may as well not have painted the first coat as it is all cracked and blemished. My recommendation if i could do it again would be to go with a German-******** manufacturer and not and ********-******** manufacturer as they just don't adhere to any quality standards. In the long run i will like my shed as i do plenty of building myself and can fix everything. Best i can do here is warn people off Tuff Shed.. Great looking shed - but hire your own contractor or build it yourself.Review fromMike M

1 starI had much higher expectations for Tuff Shed as a company and for the $5000 shed that I bought from them. The shed was delivered in the end of August and was a disaster from the beginning; the installation crew was sent out from the factory with 33% materials for a different sized shed than what I had ordered. Regardless, by the end of the day, the had built *something*. The build was left unfinished, with off center windows, incomplete/incorrect door and window trim and crookedly hung doors. After weeks of back and forth, the trim was ultimately repaired in an acceptable manner; this still left the other issues, though. I was connected, for a few weeks, with a member of the Tuff Shed management team and was ultimately told, that the outstanding issues were a result of poor quality workmanship and that there was nothing else that could really be done. They offered to paint the shed (which I had planned to do myself), but after the painting crew failed to show up for scheduled appointments in two consecutive weeks, outdoor painting season is now over until next spring. A small refund (~6% of the purchase price) was also offered, but as this didnt seem in keeping with the scope of the issues, I asked if it could be higher and have yet to receive any definitive response. After 11 weeks, 6 return visits and dozens of phone calls (with no returned calls in 2 weeks), there is still no resolution. The shed is unusable, as it is yet unclear what Tuff Shed will do to remedy the problem. If Id thought it was acceptable to have a shed with off center windows and crookedly hung doors, I would not have selected Tuff Shed, a company whose product quality level would seem to be far above this kind of work. I really expected much more than poor quality workmanship from Tuff Shed. The product could be great, but ultimately, the build quality is unprofessional and the after sales service has been underwhelming. 1 starDo not buy anything from Tuff Shed!!! **** at Tuff Shed in ******** ** is worthless! I ordered my shed in August of 2022 and still have not received it. I spoke with him on 10/20/2022 at 9:38 am and he gave me a scheduled delivery date of 10/28/2022. Here we are 10/28/2022 and I was not placed on the schedule! They currently have me scheduled 2 more weeks out. I think the part that is the most aggravating, is that he is acting like he never spoke with me on 10/20/2022, even though I have phone records. Not a great way to do customer service ****** I will never buy another product from Tuff Shed! **** is terrible do not speak with him you'll waste your time.
