      On Thursday Aug 4, 2022 this towing company illegally towed my vehicle with the permit inside the car, upon arriving and having to pay $310 just to get the vehicle back as I was leaving I had told the attendant that I was having to leave the other car there and that I would be back in a couple of days. At no point did he say that after 24 hours they would "tow" the vehicle from their parking lot to the back of their lot. Today is Monday the 8th I attempted to pick up the vehicle last night but stayed on the phone for 29 minutes and 22 seconds before giving up. As I entered the office of the building to say hey I'm here looks like **** moved my vehicle they proceceed to say "we tagged it and towed and it will be $528." ************ is predatory and I would like information on how to proceed legally to get the vehicle back with no fees.       Illegal towing practices. I am registered with the apartments I live at, and was still towed. Towing company refused to return my car.

      ***** damaged my car during a tow from my apartment complex on 07/28/2022 at 9:44 pm. I had a steering wheel lock on my car during the tow that steering wheel lock damaged my windshield in the care of ***** towing. When I got on site to retrieve my car the lady did not take a note of the damages to my car. She was very rude and inconsiderate. I did not receive a callback or a claim number after reporting my damages to Wyatts damage form.

      Between July 7-9, my car was parked in the public parking at Uptown Square Apartments. I was out of town but since the apartment was having the parking lot repainted, I was unable to move my car. Unfortunately, instead if this tow company towing the car to the other parking garage available for public parking or putting it back in the handicap spot that it was in, they kept my car and I had to pay a $750 fee. This is not right, I was in a public space with handicap parking with the proper plaques and they kept my car instead of putting it back like they did others. I would like to make a complaint to see if there is any way my money could be given back.

      This criminal-like behaving company towed my vehicle from the apartment complex where I live. They did no follow HB22-1314, as they were interacted with, it was not parked in the fire zone but still towed my vehicle away from where I live. From the parking lot, injured and handicapped persons don't have a space to walk on the sidewalk unless space is made for them. Otherwise the persons are forced to walk on rocks/pebbles and most all tenants are aware of this which is why space is left. I am recovering from illness and had to go to the north location to get my vehicle because they towed if from the parking lot where I live. The vehicle was retrieved within appx an hour and these robbers charged me $380.75 to release my vehicle back to me. This is theft of a high order and I request full refund of my money with immediate effect. Thank you.

      My car was illegally towed by this company from my address I have a parking permit for my complex. I missed a full day of work do you this resulting in a loss of 190 dollars worth of pay. After they released my car to me I realized my front and back bumper had been damaged. They stated inorder to be compensated I would have to drive back wasting another 35 dollars in gas to fill out a form and did not provide and email address to fill out the paperwork digitally. I want to be compensated for my time , my gas and damages to my car.
