      Please review the following information submitted in connection with towing violations committed by Wyatts Towing on September 23rd, 2022. Our office, ******************, was present at **************** LLC located at ******************************************************, for a work event. At the behest of **************** some of the members of our office parked in the adjacent lot connected to Touchstone Medical Imaging located at **********************************************************. The vehicles parked within that lot were subsequently towed by Wyatts Towing North located at *********************************************************. ******************************* was one of the owners of the vehicles towed. The lot located at **** ********* has a sign that states that unauthorized or illegally parked vehicles would be towed at the owners expense. This sign does not refer to a requirement that the vehicles have permits. There was no indication that these vehicles parked in the lot were unauthorized. The reason given for towing each vehicle on September 23rd, 2022, was stated as no permit. The cars were not parked in a lot that required permits. This action is a violation of towing requirements under 4-CCR 6508(b) and 4-CCR ****. The owner of the parking area did not give authority to ***** towing to seize vehicles due to lack of a parking permit. There is no evidence that any of the businesses at **** ********* require permitting as they are businesses open to the public. There was not proper notice that there was permitting required. That night there was a concert at the ******************. The lot is not specified as requiring a permit under the circumstances of a concert either. There was no notice given of any parking restrictions due to an event either. The company also gave no evidence of a towing agreement or that there was signage or a permit requirement. A representative connected to the tow company also gave scam tickets to ********************. This situation cost ******************** emotionally and monetarily.

      My vehicle was towed and it AWD. They used the wheel lift not the flat bed ( did not see truck may not of had a flat bed) and dollys on the rear wheels as the vehicle is AWD. The driver did not lift the rear tires on the dolly enough off the ground and drug my tire on the ground to create a 12 inch flat spot on the left rear tire making the car un drivable. They were informed when car was picked up and I filed a complaint on line the same day. I have sent 8 emails and about 15 calls with no response and no call back. I have videos and pictures of the damage.

      September 9th, 2022. Parked in what I thought was a Wendys parking area in ******. Came back to my car towed because no permit. Okay fair enough Im from out of state and did not read the one small sign on the other side of this large parking area. Paid $411 to get my car out from Wyatts Towing. Part of that was an after hours fee, even though whoever I spoke to on the phone told me its open 24 hours and an attendant was there without needing to come in. Found my car DAMAGED. Front right part of the bumper ripped off, headlight broken, metal warped so I cannot open my hood, parts of my plastic guard gone, and a MASSIVE dent to the area near my right tire, like basketball sized, and scratched to s*** Its very obvious they must have hit another car when towing mine.

      My car was illegally towed and they did not give me a 24 Hr notice per the new towing law passed in ****** and they broke into my car saying they have the right to do so and stole my money I had inside my car they are the worst and should be shut down all the complaints and everything they have against them they shouldnt be allowed to be in business

      Around 12am(midnight) between 9/1 and 9/2 I was walking my dog and the Wyatts tow truck driver was walking around and shining a flashlight into car windows, and shined it in my face quite a few times. I told the driver to stop and go away, and just do his job and leave me alone. He continued to shine his light at me and saying things about me and my appearance. I sternly told him to stop and leave to which he went to the truck and drove towards me. Seemingly at random picked a vehicle to tow and was still yelling things at me throughout the whole process. At which point again more aggressively told him to stop and leave. The driver proceeded to exit the vehicle and threatened to harm me, I believe the legal term is menacing act. Again told I him to stop. He got back in the truck and proceeded to pull out a vehicle, still yelling things as me and get it attached to the truck. He started driving away as I tried to get a picture or video. Once I had put my phone back in my pocket and went around the corner of he stopped the truck and again got out and threatened to assault me.

      My brand new car got towed from this company from a place that did not have a clear towing policy. When I spoke with women she quoted me a price did not inform of any fees that *** add up over time. When speaking with the rep she was extraordinarily rude and did not want to handle my issues. When I got my car back there was damage to my car I submitted a claim in which no one got back to me and when I reached out about it they did not provide me with a number or email to reach out about my claim. Then when I asked to speak to manager I got hung up on and no resolution has came to them damaging my property.

      In the ***************** and scheduled for an MRI. Upon going to get car it is **** thus health schedule MRI is missed due to Wyatts towing https://www.wyattstowing.com ************ towing **** F150 truck from apartment complex roof top parking (after residing there a year and half. CO law requires a 24-hour notice prior to towing. Nothing of the such was provided. This is not acceptable and upon investigating them further it appears there are many more complaints. ******** was towed on August 17. This company does not answer the phone. Invoice # ****** To retrieve vehicle charge was $352.45. Not sure getting an attorney would net-net the refund but law requires the notice and should be inforced.

      My car was towed by this company while at a concert at ****************** on Saturday August 13,2022. We parked there with a person who represented themselves as a lot attendant and took money. We parked in a handicap parking space with a valid handicap placard. When we came out from the concert my car was gone. We called 911 and found out that ****** PD knew our car had been towed. We wanted to make a report and 911 would not send anyone said we were wasting their time contact the towing company. We did that and was told it was $211.11 plus fees they charged for after hours, etc... i had no choice but to pay the $326.83 that ***** towing required to get the car. This company is predatory. We were parked in a closed business in a valid handicap parking space. We did not deserve to get towed and have to pay this outrageous amount, plus I had children with me and they would have had use walk to their place than help us. They were also rude on the phone. I want my money back as I should not have been towed froma handicap spot.

      The took my car when I was eating at ******* and are still demanding I pay 320 dollars to get my car back wich has important medicine for my fiance.

      I parked my vehicle, a 2020 ****** Tacoma, at the ************ at ********** complex in ********, ******** around 9:45 PM on August 10, 2022. I am a homeowner at this complex who has registered my car previously with the **** and parked in a visitor parking spot on the residential property. The next morning, I found my vehicle to be towed. Boulder Valley Towing company towed my vehicle at 4:42 AM on August 11, 2022 without any notice or attempt to notice. Please note, there is no signage at or near this parking spot regarding overnight parking, and I have photographic evidence to this point. Prior course of conduct at ************ as recently as July 29, 2022 had been for Boulder Valley Towing to provide notification on a vehicle in a visitor spot overnight, stating a 72 hour warning period prior to towing. I have evidence to this point as well if needed. There was no warning given the night of August 10 or morning of August 11 prior to towing my vehicle. When speaking with the on-site employee on August 11 around 10:40 AM at Boulder Valley Towing, she acknowledged a need to notify prior to towing but could not provide any explanation as to why they did not do so in this case. On August 11 at 11:40 AM, we spoke with *************************, a claims specialist from Wyatts Towing (the apparent parent company of Boulder Valley Towing). She stated they "tow immediately" for visitor parking overnight without any notice, and declined to engage further in any refund process. They were unable to provide any explanation as to why they towed August 11 without notice, when they have given notice for this same violation in previous weeks. It is my belief that we are reasonably to expect notice prior to towing based on prior course of conduct from Boulder Valley Towing. I have now unfairly incurred a $362.52 financial loss as a result of Boulder Valley's towing without notice and am now seeking relief.
